Great system awesome graphics would purchase again

I just recently bought a new Xbox series X. The unit itself seems to be working fine but the controller "Y" button, after 33 days, just stopped working. I called customer support to find out about replacing it and I walked away feeling like "we got your money, tough luck". They in no way seemed interested in making it right other than "Call Xbox to see what they'll do" attitude. After researching the issue online, this seems to be a problem for a lot of people. Best Buy is selling products with known issues but won't stand behind them. I rated them as poor based off of the customer support. Almost a $1000 for something I already have to fix just to use it.

Item works well with my new nannocell 85 LG 55in And my 4K Avermedia capture card. The games load pretty quick when starting. Quick Resume is Pretty neat when you’re playing story mode games. System is very quiet as well

After months of trying for a new gen console,Best Buy saves the day! Great system with some fantastic games. Game Pass is a crazy good value. Buy one if you can!

An amazing console. I enjoy the fast load times and the ability to play a game within a minute. I definitely think next gen gaming is here and I love it! Hopefully a ps5 pro in the next few years to add to the experience.

Is been a year since I bought this for my son, he enjoy his Xbox. It's faster have more upgrades.

I love my Series X. Console is amazing. I’ve owned and Xbox since the fist console dropped. The graphics are amazing. Only thing I really dislike about this console is how even tho you own a physical copy of the game, it still makes you upload it to system. It takes up you’re memory. It’s like they did it on purpose to make you buy additional storage units. I remember when you were just able to insert the game and play. Asides that I love my console. Super quiet unless you’re uploading a game.

I simply love my series x, replace my 1X that way I can play games in a better resolution with ray tracing and for now a better 60 frames per second, until I get a 120hz tv. Seriously get Game Pass is great.

Xbox One 2.0. Pretty much the same as the regular Xbox One X but much faster and better graphics. The quick resume and quick start is game changing. It’s real hard to go back and play the older console after you boot this up.

Got it for a gift and it’s perfect use it every day
