While we may not have next generation games available at launch. Playing current gen games are well worth buying a Series X. Running games at 60fps is a game changer, the SSD also makes going back to HDD impossible.

The improvements to visuals, speed, you name it, they are amazing. The backwards compatibility on this thing is amazing. Every game I've played has been a huge improvement.

Great Product, Fast Availability buuut broken.

Sadly the console died within a couple of hours of playing. It shut off halfway though Dante's Inferno and never turned back on. Best Buy offered my money back but that doesn't really help me get a new one as I would be stuck waiting for them to come available again. So I have sent it into Microsoft to be repaired/replaced for free. The few hours of game play I got were incredible and I'm really looking forward to getting the console back.
