    This is an amazing console and I love this so much. There is barely any load times, the 12 tereflops really pack a punch when you are looking for some nice graphics too. The reason I gave this a 4 star review was because my tv supports 120hz and whenever I put the 120hz mode on my Xbox always crashes. If there is a resolution to this please tell me. Other than that this console is amazing and really worth it, just be patient and do not buy for resellers that overprice their product.

    Best customer service ever. I had been trying for a year and a half to get an Xbox x for my grandson. I was alerted to stock available and within 5 minutes had his Xbox. Pickup was easy!

    Super fast! Super quiet! Not too many games that can truly flaunt its specs but it cuts loading times drastically from previous gen. Games like pubg and battlefield and warzone load quicker and never stutter!

    Managed to snag the preorder just in time before it sold out. The hardest part about this console was the wait until it came out, once I picked it up and it was super easy to set up and I’ve been using it for everything!

    It was quite the journey to get the Xbox Series X, but it was totally worth it! Games look better and load way faster now. The console's design is simple but great, and the fans make no noise at all.

    Awesome console! Very powerful, can definitely see the differences between the old/new consoles in the crispness of the picture. Backwards compatibility and cross-platform feature is amazing to have in our household
