Had an S series for 5 years, upgraded to an X its faster and graphics are top notch.

Seamless upgrade from the Xbox One X. Super cool that I could just plug in my external hard drive from the previous console and starting playing on the new one. Graphics and speed are outstanding.

I pre-ordered the Series X with Mighty Ape the very moment it went live. My console arrived at 10am on launch day (Christchurch). Although the Series X enhanced games are pretty thin on the ground this early, I can tell you guys that it's a pretty freakn awesome, and solid console. Step one was downloading the xbox app on my phone so I could set it up remotely (which was something new). 10 to 15 minutes later I was all set up and updated and the console just ran without an issue. All settings from my xbox one just crossed over and I was even able to plug my existing USB external hard drive I used with my xbox one and play all games instantly with no extra download or setup.

The most powerful Xbox. I love the speed in which this system operates so much I upgraded the rest of my families Xbox consoles. Recommend!

Great console. Fast and quiet. The experience feels very outdated especially coming from an Xbox One X ( last gen ). The user interface and controller are identical compare to last gen. The bluray and youtube app are horrible. This is a known issue with xbox. Bluray tends to go blank and needs to be rebooted. Youtube app has major frames stuttering. For games though its a great way to experience with game pass and xbox live.

First time i boight an item online an picked it up the next day the process was so quick get there walk inside show an ID and get product just awesome. It went so well im doing it again for a second time. The best thing is it saves time an gas instead of driving to store to find out item u want isnt there an going back home wasting gas an time u can check b4 hand make sure item is there an buy it online to guarantee ur trip isnt wasted

Replaced my playstation with this system and could not be happier. Best Buy made the purchase process incredibly easy, even though these things are SO hard to find.

I was on the sense of buying one of these because the last system that I had was Xbox 360 but I am so glad I made the choice to buy it even though I don't game a ton it's way worth it because of the specs

Seriously happy I decided to buy this with the Xbox Game pass included. Yes, you can search for deals and find discounts on the game pass that are more than the discount in this package. And yes, you have to undergo a credit check. But I don't regret this one bit. It's zero percent financing and you can pay it off early. I last had a Xbox 360, so I've missed out on lots of games. Now, I can play games immediately from the cloud. The Xbox is incredibly quick to start up, great graphics, I can play game pass from my phone, and the list of positives go on and on. I'm back into gaming now and loving it.

Opted for series X since I couldn’t find a ps5. Great choice! Superb graphics and runs quiet and cool. Gamepass is a must have. I’m glad I went with the Xbox.

I love my new Xbox x. I Just received it and I think it’s great. I replaced my Xbox one which is still good but I’m always looking for better graphics. Let me explain, I’m legally blind and 68 years old. I do not see things like normal people do. Anything that I can do to help me play my games and see better, I will go for it. It’s fast, graphics are good and I can also watch the different apps like Netflix, Amazon and so on. I also got the two year Xbox game pass. I’m loving it. I have nothing else to do but waste time, ha.

No issues so far. Very fast OS and the quick resume and reduced Load times are nice. Every Xbox I have owned has had hardware issues … we shall see

Im from a time where when you bought a console where you’d have to choose what game to buy and sometimes you saved enough birthday money and yoy can possibly get one game. With this Xbox series X and Game pass ultimate i can pretty much walk out with a new console and a library of games from day. The value provides an overwhelming feeling of security and none of the FOMO of years past. Great product would highly recommend for anyone.

Greatest Console ever made. How anyone can not be an xbox fan baffles me. Between game pass, backwards compatibility and the overall experience of xbox i think its unmatched. And with the revamped first party line up great games are not hard to find and all drop day and date in games pass. And no more paying $69 for sports games, as they are in game pass as well.

Excellent system coming from a PlayStation person there is not 1 qualm I have with this console and the game pass is best service out there. Also runs super quiet
