It is a night and day difference playing the same game, side by side. My wife walked in while I was playing Jedi Survivor and she thought I was watching a movie. When she realized it was a game her jaw dropped. If you are a gamer…this console is what you’ve been missing.

It is a powerhouse of a machine and the graphical prowess should be apparent to any astute gamer. However, if you’re upgrading from an X1X, the 4K upgrade will only seem comparable; as Microsoft supports backwards compatibility, don’t worry if you can’t obtain one yet; your current system will suffice. Still, you should not be disappointed if you manage to get one.

The speed and responsiveness of the OS as well as the controller is very good. I contemplated building a new gaming PC, but for the price, this could not be beat.

Quick Resume is a killer feature not found anywhere else in gaming and allows me to bounce between several different games as my attention span allows. My only real gripe is the storage expansion options are limited and expensive compared to the PS5 and PC.

It is whisper quiet, super fast, and very efficient. Quick Resume (when it works with a game that supports it) is fantastic. The controller updates are subtle but it was already the best gaming pad. Game pass is a phenomenal deal that I can't stress enough. Between this console and game pass, I honestly don't feel like I need to play anything else. Console is solid, heavy, and built extremely well.
