I was on the fence on getting the Series S which was in stock versus the Series X, which had been sold out for a long time and was happy I decided to wait. The controller feel and texture made me feel like I was opening something unique, similar to opening my newest iPhone or Mac.

It's not as big as I was worried about, and it is super quiet. The Xbox app makes it really simple to set up and if you already have an older Xbox it's quick and easy to transfer your settings to your new one. There aren't any Series X exclusives but the games that are optimized for Series S/X look and play great. AC:Valhalla and Cyberpunk are both significantly improved on the new generation.

I am suprised how hot it gets but the fan is quiet and my series x runs with no issues. I think the series x gets the nod with regard to simplicity and streaming.

UI is exactly the same as Xbox One so no learning a new setup. Super quiet, even when playing Series X games I don't hear a thing. Handles HDR better than the One X did. Two problems, #1. Storage: only a terabyte, which with series x games, fills fast. After that, you're only option for series x game storage is a $220 terabyte expansion. Xbox One games store and play on an external, Series X games only store on them so the internal space is at a premium and more is quite costly. #2. There aren't any games atm that show what it can really do. There are nice looking upgrades to last gen games but nothing yet built to harness the power this machine holds. Once that happens the console will really shine but the cost of storing those amazing experiences may bee too steep for some.

Had to get back into it and was lucky to get a pre order on the series x so far so good played Cold War last night super fun graphics looks great at 4K but I only have 60fps on my tv witch is not bad at all the pre down load feature helps out a lot so your not waiting around looking at a screen Xbox is small compact size and heavy little thing I’m happy think you will too!

Love that I can play almost all my older games on this with upgraded graphics. Response time is so much faster than my Xbox One. Looking forward to the newer games that will utilize all this system can do. Whoop!!

The quality of the games you play on it are awesome, it's not noisy at all, and it's just an outstanding gaming system. The only thing we don't like is game pass, but no one has to use it if they don't want too. If you can get your hands on one, definitely upgrade!
