Great console, everything that was promised and more.

I bought this because my xb one was showing it's age finally. This is a giant improvement performance wise. All of my old games run better with this new xbox. Very happy with it.

Great system, fast loading, great graphics, love halo

Love the new console. Games look great with a 4K TV. The OS is snappy and quick and I love the quick resume feature though it seems somewhat inconsistent. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase and looking forward to the future as Microsoft has a ton of potential with exclusive games down the pipeline. Can’t go wrong here.

Good has to replace my s series that was 5 months out of warranty I really like the added space I had 512gb and almost only could play 5 x and s series games. And disk drive is nice. It's much smoother

Major improvement! I was concerned with things like cooling/bottlenecking given the specs that were released, but it has exceeded expectations! It will require a good TV for the optimal experience, but they are getting cheaper (Nano LG and a few other brands will offer the HDMI 2.1 and Dolby IQ Vision). One of the selling points was quick resume, but I feel like it has interfered with game play due to multiplayer servers being over/dead and the system taking me back to it upon restart. It does seem that MS has disabled the feature for incompatible games.It would be a time saving feature in certain situations i.e. campaigns ,but I play more online so it would be great to have an options menu for the feature. A few other bugs I'm sure will be worked out are Blu-Ray encoding on older versions,Sound bar+Bluetooth issues, uploading captures freezing, little stuff. I'm hearing an update is imminent! Had issues pre-ordering, site crash, getting answers about changing ship options, but BB came through -I did have to call a handful of times, but I believe someone was listening. And I did receive the console on release day! thank You Best Buy!

The system works like a dream. Worth every penny. The sales rep was great as well and helped ensure my transaction went smoothly.

Some people looking for the Play Station but i got to tell you the Xbox Series X is solid. 4K gaming is on point ! No lags !!! Super fast resume feature. And you cant beat the value ox xbox live. If your trying to build a gaming computer the $499 xbox series x is got you beat !

Super fast, great graphics and overall is easy to use

I was super lucky to score one today. Had to drive 200 miles to pick it up, but it didn't phase me one bit and was totally worth it. This system is phenomenally fast and setting it up via the app was an absolute breeze. It even carried my wifi security settings over. COD Cold War loads lighting fast compared to my xbox one.

Such a great console. World of a difference upgrading from the Xbox one s. Load times are much shorter. Never realized how much time was wasted waiting for games to load until I upgraded. My one small complaint is that there no longer is a port for optical audio. Other than that I'm happy with my purchase.

I’ve had this Xbox for half a year now and it has been amazing. The graphics are amazing and the 120 frames per second runs like a charm. It handles any game with ease and the loading times are almost nonexistent.

Took forever to get one, but this thing is amazing. Had it a year now and it’s so much faster than my Xbox one. My advice is to download the best buy app and follow people on Twitter that announce when Xbox’s become available. Stay logged in on the app and be ready.

Game console was available at the Mankato store quickly during the busy holiday season - quick and easy transaction. Console was up and running quickly and worked as expected

This is a great gaming console. I’ve always been an xbox person. It has everything a gaming console should have. From the quality to the storage. Overall just a great next-gen console.
