It has a 750MB update. The UI is just like his xbox1X. It lets you play all of your previous games. So far I haven't noticed any difference between the 1x and series x. But we are still in its early days. If you are a hardcore xbox gamer I can see upgrading from the xbox1. But if you just casually play games I would wait to upgrade when they have more games that take advantage of its power. It is beautiful though. The box was heavyier, and the system was bigger than expected too. I was suprised.

Right now, we are only using the existing games and that has made a huge difference. I am looking forward to playing new higher resolution games on our new 75" 4k TV
