Great console, upgraded from the xbox one S not looking back.

Amazing customer experience. Execution by the best buy team was 100/10. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted and directed to the pick-up area. Once at the desk, i was asked about my order, confirmed my order and my order was brought out to me in under 5 minutes. The online pickup station is by far the best feature at the store.

It’s even faster than you imagine. Downloading whole games in under an hour (with good internet speeds) and skip loading screens almost entirely!

My 14 year old son was extremely surprised when he received it for Christmas. Graphics are so much better he said.

Works great. It's way faster than the release date xbox One I upgraded from. It runs Cyberpunk very well. A weird bug here or there, but overall, I highly recommend.

After months of endless searching for a Xbox X series... Best Buy CAME THRU and in time for Christmas!!!! I was in disbelief for like first 10 minutes of the online purchase. Thought for sure I was about to receive that...Oops something went wrong... message. But NOPE! Then came my confirmation email along with my in-store pickup date...it was legit. I was SO happy! ITs nice to have a machine that can run Cyberpunk 2077 at higher than 7 Fps. 10/10 would recommend. Would be nice to have more exclusives, but thats not the consoles fault

Great games system. Love the fact that it has a Blu Ray player. I still have a massive physical movie collection, and love being able to play them on a modern system.
