Xbox series X has good aesthetics, discord integration, easy navigation, better specs and also official keyboard supports (Razer Turret) it is just simply the best console on the market right now with the least drawbacks.

The console is great, but it has a little bit of an overheating issue when standing vertically. The problem went away when I put the console horizontal

Amazing console, loads games much faster than my old Xbox One S, and plays them better. My only complaint is that when it’s downloading disc games, like COD Cold War, the disc drive does get very loud, but once you fully download the game and start playing, it will quiet down, so I can’t complain much.

Great console, very powerful, and good for Xbox fans. Not a lot of good games that I can't play on Xbox One though. Aesthetic is very nice and fits neatly under my TV.

You cannot beat the price this holiday season. I can't believe i was able to get a series x for around the same price as a series s. Thank you best buy for the deal.

This is my second Series X. I own the Halo limited edition Series X and 2 series S. Love this console. Its my go to for all things entertainment. I do also have a PS5. I 100% recommend the Series X if anyone is debating to get one.

The Series X can consistently run games at 120 frames per second. The Xbox One X could only hit about half that, or 60 fps. The more frames the console renders every second, the smoother gameplay looks. At 60 fps, games can really feel sharp and responsive, But playing at 120 Hz may require a new TV.

Too complicated. Gets pretty warm and kind of loud while running. Storage is already full. But we like it for the most part.

I absolutely love my Series X. And I love how Best Buy makes scalpers pick up in person. I have purchased 3 of them from BB. 2 for both my OLED's and one for a friend. Best Buy is defiantly the way to go. Set up is a little bit of a pain since you need the app but it's a great console.

Pretty speedy. Don’t see the huge upgrade from my previous Xbox. But at least it runs Netflix faster. I’m ready for Halo. That will be the decider for me... if they ever release it.

Great console lets me stream and play games in 4K.

Switched from a one x and on paper there’s not much improvement, but in reality game quality is actually a lot smoother. Textures really pop and games are WAY smoother with faster loading times. I didn’t originally think it would be worth the upgrade but I’m glad I did

It’s an excellent console choice I just wish it came with a bit more storage. Also make sure to buy some dust covers for it, takes in a lot of dust if not covered.

Got as a Christmas present for daughter big upgrade over Xbox one. I ended up playing it almost as much as her so far. Only gripe is I guess to be expected.... But common why couldn't they make the USB c port charge the internal batteries of the controler (face-palm)

This was an excellent Christmas gift! It was exactly what the kiddos asked for and they are having a blast with it. I am most appreciative of the fact that I was able to get this with minimal hassle and at retail price. These days it seems like people sre getting ripped off left and right by scalpers trying to get these and PS5's. So I want to give a special shout out to Best Buy for consistently doing things the right way! They made it especially easy to pick up with contactless curbside too. I appreciate their efforts in making accommodations like this for their customers.

The Series X is a solid console for what it has to offer right now. You are not getting anything different at the moment moving from an Xbox one X. Yes the console is faster moving through games accessing the store and etc. But there is nothing new. The hope is that Microsoft provides solid exclusives down the line but for right now it is a console that you can wait till next year when there is more to offer. If you want the latest and greatest tech then sure get it. Just make sure you have a TV that supports 4K and HDR. The 120 frames per second does not matter much at the moment since it is mostly for shooters. That will change in the future.

Love my new X-Box but, I was disappointed about two things. The top is painted green in the grill instead of a real green light and my Xbox antenna device that was supported by the Xbox one is not supported. Why? Still love my Xbox though,
