Best Next Gen Console IMO

Small foot print, and is akin to a lot of good looking SFF PC cases. With the addition of Game Pass, and having the best controller IMO, this is the Console to own.

The Series S really did compliment my PC as a Game Pass machine, but it's storage and lack of a disc drive soon began to irk me as I saw tons of good physical game deals. The best thing to me just has to be the fact that this thing slays on my 4K television. Unlike my Series S I can absolutely run Halo Infinite at 1440p120 better than even my PC can run it at Ultra. Great device.

Familiar UI yet all new experience. Installing/loading games is INSTANT. If you have the exhaust vent pointed at you during the winter it will also act as a space heater.

Two family members are PS fans, and two are XBox fans. Both are great in their own right. Powerful machine, looking forward to next gen games. Great to be able to play older games in the meantime.

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great console but it generates so much heat that the hot air toasts electronics next to it when it's placed sideways, I had to make the outtake facing outward under my TV stand, which makes accessing the disc drive and USB ports very awkward. Also, no option to shut it completely off is such a stupid design, even when you use the "shut down" option buried under layers of settings, it still never cuts power to USB ports.
