It work very well. The only down part is that the controller still has battery’s instead of it being a rechargeable controller.

We're glad that you're enjoying the performance of your new Xbox Series X. If you need more storage space, you have a couple of options. For best results, we recommend investing in a Xbox Storage Expansion Card, which adds 1TB of SSD space to your console. Another option is to connect an external hard drive, which allows you to store extra games and play games from it that haven't been enhanced for Xbox Series X/S.

The Xbox transferred all of my info from my Xbox app. Was able to use my xbox 1 controllers and steering wheel. Only down side is memory size with how big some of these new games are.

The pre order was rough, but that’s not Best Buy’s fault. From there to pick up everything was great. I highly recommend the series x. Coupled with Game Pass the Xbox is a perfect fit.

It has been years since I've owned any game system and was extremely happy to have reserved one on the first day of pre-orders. The load time and visuals are excellent. Ive had no issues or complaints so far.

I took it to a friends to use it on 4K tv and it was a bit slow loading up and froze once. Not sure if an issue with tv or device. Also, real nice and convenient for media entertainment

This doesn’t happen to everyone (obviously) but it can be bad if it happens and you don’t have the warranty or if it break and you don’t return within the 30 day return policy (14 for my bestbuy elite members) . This is still a great product but honestly if it happens again I’m just going to stick to my pc with my rtx 3090 and my ps5
