XBX is alright... very underwhelming in the feeling of "nextgen". The hardware is top tier, don't get me wrong... but the console brings very little changes making you feel like you're playing on a new platform. The interface is the exact same, controller is identical (outside of adding more grip/changing DPAD) and there are little to no exclusives on this platform. Not only that, but as a PC gamer primarily I feel less wanting of a Xbox as all of its titles can be played on a better PC.

Very buggy! My wife plays more than me and I'm annoyed by the bugs more than her. The controller doesn't sync all the time and we have to troubleshoot the HDMI every time we open Black Ops cold war. It's super annoying. I played around with the tv and box settings but it just ruins the mood of wanting to play to have to deal with these issues all the time. They say future updates should fix these issues but I wish we waited a year or so for updates or future iterations of the console.

We have an older Xbox and decided to get another so the kids could challenge each other in games. Works as expected.

System itself does not seem to be a big step up from Xbox One. Same UI, same controller, no real launch games. But I do have faith in Halo, when it does come out.

Bought this as a Christmas gift, and it arrived sooner than expected!

Games crash very consistently and the loading times are not as fast as boasted. Games run faster and graphics are nice.

Cool upgrade but bot radically better than the previous Xbox. Maybe it will start to shine after developers begin taking advantage of the more powerful hardware.

Great console! I just wish it had more storage. Most new games are 100+ gigabytes.

I’ve had this Xbox for as long as it’s come out on like November or so of 2020. It worked for like 6 months and then started having issues such as randomly turning off and then gave me a code that said my Xbox was overheating even though the vent is not covered, the Xbox is not stuffed away or in a corner. I can’t load up games at all and extremely slow loading times and much more issues. My friends all have the Xbox series S and the old gen Xbox’s and all have no problems AT ALL. I spent $500 on a console that is worse than the one I replaced. Will not be buying the next xbox. In fact I’m trying to get rid of this one because now it’s bugging out so bad I have to reset my console 3 times just to load up a game. $500 I wish I spent on building a PC. So sad that I grew up playing Xbox and now I hate it. Anyone who’s thinking about getting this instead of a PC/PS4 DONT DO IT. XBOX IS TRASH NOW.

My xbox series x came with a fat gash on the top vent the size of a dime. The quality of these aren't as good as you'd expect. Maybe this was a one-off, but I'd do a double-check on your series x prior to accepting it. It should be in pristine condition when you open it, even if it means these are rare to come by. Doesn't mean the manufacturer can chug these out substandard quality.

Fast. Can’t believe how much faster it powers up and load games than the Xbox One. Other than that, it feels the same.

Its a great system but even after its been out for 1 year there is still no true next gen game. I just get 60 fps on some games now.

Haven't noticed much of a difference yet from the Xbox one. I'm sure this will change as time goes on, but for now I feel like I'm still playing the previous gen

It’s a great console but I will always contend that PS5 is better. PS5 runs more smoothly and graphically looks better. The Dualsense controllers are a revolution in gaming. The XBOX controller feels cheap by comparison. XBOX does offer game pass which is great, if you wanna replay old games or new games that aren’t great. I don’t know, I’m just not impressed by it.

I have had no issues. Set up was quick and i was playing in no time. Better graphics and processing than the XboxOne
