The service of Best Buy receiving my purchase was easy fast pick up I have not opened the box it’s a Christmas gift will update later

I use to game daily on the Xbox one X. Since I went to Xbox Series X, I've barely touch it. The technology is great, most powerful Xbox to date, though I think they kind of started focusing to much on bring peoples homes PC's to be like an XBox that they missed the fact that the XBox Series X can do with a little more diversity of apps availability for it.

really good, just a very nice gaming system, top of the line out there, i have no complaints. doesn't have as good games as ps5 tho

The xbox series x is a great console with better gameplay,better latency,and better graphics

Game pass is what sold me, plus full backwards compatibility.

The game library is awesome. PS5 has a better controller.

pretty good console, but no exclusives as of yet. no point in rushing to buy this console if you still have the xbox one.

I play my old console more than this one. I shouldn’t have spent my money and just stuck with the older series.

Was disappointed my daughter opened this up and it didn’t come with the controller shown in the photo! ** Why would they sell such an expensive system but not include a controller to play it?!?

Controllers are lacking the complexity of the PlayStation controllers, everything else is good.

Bought with the 2years of ultimate game pass, and no one in store knows how to activate it. They told me I should get an email with a code but I haven’t. I thought Aubrie it would activate once I turned it on, however the kids opened it this morning and still nothing after activation. I will call after the holidays, but it is super annoying the store didn’t know how it works.

It starts a lot faster than the old Xbox-X. not all games support the quick start feature :(

Works like it should with no problems. Only had it about 2 weeks. Lets see if it will last

First time owning an Xbox, I'm not disappointed in the least. Only downgrade would be the lack of next generation games at present.

It's an xbox. Hopefully it lasts longer than 3 years like all the rest of them in the past. filling this out for the best buy points

System is great. Ordered online. Took two hours for me to pick it up in store. So unorganized.
