Have read alot of people are having the same problem. Not getting much help from Best Buy. I’m sure not all of them have this problem,but,not cool being one of the ones that does. Would probably still recommend, because it is smoother/faster,but, 50/50 if you have problems.

My product was marked for same day 1 hour pickup so I showed up during that window and they didn’t have my order ready. Had to switch locations when it was still not ready next day and it was marked as ready for pickup within 2 minutes. Awesome experience when changing store locations.

Nice video game system

I don't like that the controller is battery operated vs rechargeable. I am a PS4/5 guy though so while I did have it for a bit ended up getting rid of it. No fault of the system just preference.
