Didnt know 80% of the games i owned on my xbox one isnt backwards compatible to the X series

Went everywhere to find one and they didnt have it in stock at the time but told me to order it now so that way we would have it before Christmas. Ordered it and picked it up the next week.

I was looking forward to a true 4k console experience. This console does not do 4k 60fps in most games. Do yourself a favor and buy a PC instead.

Wish there were more games that was worth ordering the console during this rush. If you can't get a PS5 for the kids then I guess you can settle with this, or the $500 still being in the bank.

Had the box for three weeks, sent it in for repair already. Box not powering on. Seems to be happening quite often for the Series X.

Hooking up the system was challenging for me and i am disabled. The manual was hard to understand.

Many games and apps have major issues with the sound…HBO max- no sound, Star Wars squadron - no voices just music, and the list goes on.

Got this Xbox as an open box. I chose the excellent condition one but it was missing a controller which I didn’t notice one I got home. While I understand used products sometimes won’t be the best condition this one started to act up within two days of use. The fan would randomly stop working which would cause the console to “overheat” when tho it wouldn’t be hot to touch at all and sitting in a really well ventilated area

One of the first consoles bought, of course there's going to be some faulty parts. Not a fan of how xbox had an issue with them, requiring you to have to reset it every I hours or so...

This is my second Xbox series X my first one is great, this one came with a bad hard drive that had to be replaced and has already been sent off to Microsoft for repair. Couldn’t install games locally and play them without the system crashing.

Well to be completely honest i havent been able to figure out how to hook it up yet :(

Honestly my system doesn’t let me play any games. Literally kicks me out every single game, not just the call of duty and vahalla. Still would rather have an Xbox over PlayStation though.

Pros: Fast, great control, pretty visuals. Cons: Console Design, 1tb is too little storage. Ssd way too expensive.

Didn't like it was very laggy and always down. In my experience ps5 was better.

Great system so far! I bought this as a gift to my boyfriend and he loves it. He’s been able to download a lot of games of which, didn’t take forever to download. Highly recommend.

When comparing to other consoles the build quality this is very cheap. The controller is cheaply made. And would recommend getting an elite controller.

This is a nice upgrade from the Xbox One. I particularly appreciate that my previous headset, controllers, and media remote also work on this console. Less stuff I have to buy again!

Think Xbox issues will improve with the new system. Just spent $500 to have it load faster but then need it to quit game for it to work properly.

Gets too hot gráfic not so good too expensive too big

A great xbox if you got a tv that supports 120hz. If not gameplay will be no different than playing on an xbox one from 2013. The controller is a bit depressing compared to the ps5 controller. The one good thing is you can pair to your pc or iPad without a dongle. Best Buy did a great job providing the product its not their fault. The UI is the same as the xbox one you really can't tell a difference unless you have the right tv. Even so I'd recommend the ps5 unless they release a better controller.
