This is by far the best one to be released. I love the MS exclusives that you can't play on PS5.

Series X doesn't feel like a next gen console. A lot hype for a system with few upgrades and a new shell. Best Buy service was great overall.

The system crashes when playing certain games, Microsoft seems to be ignoring the issue blaming it on ventilation or the power supply. I've sent it in to microsoft for repair or replacement. It was released in November. Couldn't return it to best buy because they don't have have any in stock.
