The Best Buy employees at their New London location in Connecticut promised me a free controller and $50 gift card if I purchased the Xbox Series X deal. I’ve tried calling customer support and keep getting hung up on after they pretend that they cannot hear me. Not really sure what else to do, so when they offered me the chance to review my experience, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to warn others. Do not let them upsell you by promising stuff they won’t give you on the spot. They said a controller and $50 gift card would be shipped to my address, which never happened, and support has been no help.

Bought this as a Christmas gift. I like playing xbox and look forward to seeing the new one soon.

Can't believe I was able to get it. Was super hyped till I realized there are no more exclusives. CoD don't work on it so now i just play my Xbox one and stare at this large depressing box wishing I had my 500 back.. 2 stars cause I can use it as a weapon if someone breaks in

My Xbox series x I got from Best Buy died 1 month after the warranty expired and only option was to send it to Microsoft for 300$ I’ve owned every Xbox since I the original and this one has been the worst one to date I wouldn’t recommend this console to anyone I barley even used it sat off on the shelf for most it’s life played 1 or 2 games with it casually, all I did was boot it up after sitting for a year and it died right when It was about to start the new hogwarts legacy game.
