As I type this, my Xbox is back with Microsoft being "repaired" because right out of the box it a) would only play Xbox One X games for a short time before they froze, and b) all Xbox Series X games crashed the system. Games like Forza Horizon 5 and COD: Vanguard actually crashed less than 30 seconds into those games. I hard reset my console at least 5 times in the first few weeks of ownership. I know my experience may be rare, but it's beyond disappointing. If after getting a new system sent to me, the problems continue, I will simply request a refund from Best Buy and I'll be done with Xbox systems.
