Not happy as after i purchased this item it went on sale for $50 cheaper. I purchased it on sale myself. They should refund me the difference.

Got this system for my 8 year old son for christmas. He has yet to see it of course. Shawn did a great job answering ALL my husband and I's questions and gave good recommendations of items.

Unfortunately we are very disappointed with the Xbox. When playing multiplayer live it will kick you off while playing and send you back to the home page. We have done all of the recommended resets and even swapped out one of the consoles. There is no help through Microsoft so it’s pretty much useless to play live with friends. Disappointed. Best Buy has been top notch. As far as the product …hot garbage!

Hardly any exclusives and the entire experience relies heavily on you having gamepass. With a subscription, this box feels completely pointless.

If I was only reviewing the system, it would be a 3. Due to the atrocious quality of the controller, I am knocking it down a point. Ive had 2 break on me within weeks of purchasing.

Cool console but controller constantly disconnects and shuts off. Had to ask for a replacement. Still waiting on confirmation. Never had this issue on the other console.

The thing that really stands out with this incredible console is definitely got to be it’s loading times, it’s graphics, and it’s performance. I have enjoyed using this console and it has just been an amazing experience. Because if it’s small, sleek design, it can basically fit anywhere in your house vertically or upright. Another thing I really love about this console is the fact that it has one terabyte a storage it does run out quick though with the huge space that games nowadays take up like call of duty. But compared to a PS five or a Nintendo switch. This definitely wins in storage. This console is great for any type of gamer, a streamer, laid-back just trying to have fun gamer, or an intense gamer. It is perfect for any of those things. 100% recommend this console.

We haven’t opened it yet. Were so shocked to get one - didn’t get a chance to buy the coverage. Wish there was an easier way to add it - without bringing it back to the store. We’ll rate it once we get the coverage finally added.

My XSX came dead on arrival. Had to ship to Microsoft Support to get it fixed/replaced. Extremely disappointed, because now I burned my 1 year manufacturer warranty on a supposed new XSX. I would've returned it to Best Buy, for a replacement but my local BB don't have XSX in stock.

Unfortunately after a few weeks our device stopped working. We had to send back to Microsoft to be repaired. Very disappointing for such an expensive item.

Bought it two times. First one was freezing on a regular basis. Second machine didn't have this problem, but its disc drive was making terrible rattling noise when disc was inside.

Console was defective. It was shutting down randomly during a game. After the 20th time I had enough and decided to return it.

Its ok it’s really bulky also had a crash on me a couple times

Not enough games, where are the games!!! Had gamepass for a month and played only 3rd party titles!!!

$700 for this package deal is not a good deal you buy the console for $500 and the 2tb extra hardrive is $200 everywhere you go not a good deal $650 would of been the right thing to do.
