4 years with this console and its still going strong. Console itself has fit in 3 different entertainment centers nicely. Would sometimes run hot to the touch. Usually due to long gaming sessions and its confined location. Love the backwards compatibility, basically all my Xbox disc/ digital games would run on it. The controller is incredible, nothing needed to change from the Xbox one controller, just a nice addition of the share button. Also getting two years of game pass with the bundle I got at the time as awesome. Sadly these days I don't play it much but still enjoyed my time with it. Hopefully more exclusives will come to xbox soon. Definitely recommend this system for anyone looking to jump into Xbox.

It keeps freezing and goes to a fuzzy white screen then a black screen and I can’t shut it off. I have to unplug it from the wall. Garbage

Broke in 50 days from purchase !! They rushed these out ! Won’t delete games or recognize a disc , now need a part instead replacing a new console Jess that 50 days old !!! Don’t waste money !!

I had some issues converting from my xbox one, but once that was all set, I couldn't be happier. Eye-popping clarity, seamless operation, blisteringly fast load times, and it doesn't freeze up like the old system did (frequently). This is the way games are meant to be played.

Had to wait over a full year to give bestbuy $500 and it has no games, no haptic feedback, no adaptive triggers and the controller still hurts my thumb, and the system is really ugly on its side too

The purchase from Best Buy was simple and easy. But absolutely pointless to pay so much for this to play 1 game that looks no difference then Xbox 1.

I was really excited to make this purchase considering i waited a year for it. Made the purchase and told as im purchasing it its not eligible for a protection plan. Thats the worst customer service

The system is amazing but the gamepass is not worth it.

The Xbox Series X has great specs and performs wonderfully. However, unless you're a hard core gamer, you won't notice any difference when compared to the Xbox One. I see it as a down grade because we use the Kinect often, which isn't available on the Series X. I do like the internal power supply and improved graphics, but I find myself using going back to the X1 because it also turn the TV on/off, which the Series X won't do despite setting and cable changes. In summary, Xbox One and newer console owners won't get any significant improvement... Older consoles and those new to Xbox will be blown away! PS: the Series X included controler feels a step or two closer to the Elite when compared to the Xbox One included controller. It feels more robust and more responsive.

2nd machine since Christmas. They just stop working. First xbox we’ve owned and I am shocked. Going to have to return this one too and then probably wait another month to get one again.

Open Excellent-unit showed a damaged box, dust buildup on fan and heavy fingerprint stains throughout.

I do not agree with the fact that Edge is embedded into the operating system. Even with parental controls, they cannot be set for the main account. I didn't know about this beforehand.

No good games on this console. Waste of money snd time.

Very difficult to set up. The Citizens One requirement has been a nightmare for the past five months. If possible don't do the Citizens One package.

i ordered an xbox, never arrived, then i reordered and i have not yet recieved its been about 2 3 weeks

my package never arrived so I never got to use it but atleast bestbuy was able to give me a refund

Don’t get me wrong I love my PS5 but since day one have had a lot of odd glitches and games having constant crashes. I have more friends that play on Xbox who play the same games with no issues. Had problems with Skull and Bones on PS5 so sold the game and bought it for the SX. Not a single issue for days. Dragons Dogma 2 sold to buy it on this and it not only hasn’t had a single glitch but plays better. I’m getting used to the layout which in ways feels overdone but easier then the PlayStations layout. From here on out going to get multiplatform games on the Xbox and first party only games on PlayStation. I definitely see the power difference with all games especially loading times being almost instant. Very impressed so far
