My son in law is loving his new Xbox. He had an older one prior to us surprising him with this. Although his older disc games won't work in this console, he likes that he can buy them right off line. Everything is clear and realistic.

I have never owned an x box but i have to admit the graphics are amazing and controls are pretty good too. Already put in a hood amount of time playing. Going to need an extra hardrive soon tho because we are using the memory fast.

Great graphics, good thermal management, and easy to travel with when you have a travelling case compared to the bulky PlayStation.

Ordered on line and picked up in store. Everything went smoothly. Xbox performance is what I expected. Thus far, no problems or issues.

Great console. This console feels really smooth and fast compared to older consoles. The time it takes to load into a game compared to others is unmatched. The switch from 60 fps to 120 fps is really nice, unmatched.

My husband bought this as a mothers day gift to me. Absolutely best gift ever!

Wonderful! I love it so much. And the ability to pick it up same day was fantastic. I’ve been wanting one for a while now, and the efficiency from my local Best Buy was a big help in fulfilling this dreams. Thank you!

My 8 year old grand son loved it, His old one was glitching and told me he really didn't need anything for Xmas ,but just to let me know his old Xbox was glitching .

Just got my Xbox series X today, I bought it online November 27th. It’s amazing Xbox really outdid themselves with this one! I suggest getting a nice curved gaming monitor because it’s a HUGE difference but I played it on a non 4K tv also and it’s still great. Best Buy makes you go through a verification process to make the purchase and that helps the dreaded BOTS!

I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day (because you know he deserves it for all that he does for us). He seems to absolutely love it and is so happy with it. I don’t know much about the Xbox so I can’t give a very detailed review, but if you have a s/o that enjoy gaming, they’ll love this system!

My son has been playing his Xbox nonstop since purchased a few years ago. This console has definitely grown with him. He enjoys the graphics and performance of the console. Definitely a good purchase i would highly recommend.

Graphics are great, runs smoothly, and it is nice having access to Bethesda and other exclusives. Overall, a wonderful console!

This is the 2nd Xbox series X we have purchased thru Best Buy. The 1st Xbox X series we purchased and only had for a little over a year so we were unable to get warranty repair. The HDMI connection port went bad and were no longer to use. This time we purchased an additional warranty thru Best Buy. This issue was not Best Buys fault but they have always been excellent in their help and customer service, I recommend purchasing additional warranty thru Best Buy. There is a reason the are called Best But - it is because they are excellent and truly the "Best" for almost any home electronics or anything for that matter.
