Good when it works, but takes days to download games and customer service is abysmal. How can a company with so much experience be so bad at basic gaming needs. Their servers are so bad that it quite literally takes days to download a game. The downloads stop for no reason and do not restart. It also does not keep your games updated despite having that turned on. This results in frequently waiting hours or days to play a game because you have to wait for the updates. My PS5 handles game downloads and updates with ease so I know it’s not a problem on my end. Unless you really want to play their exclusives, get any other system and save yourself a ton of frustration.

Site kept freezing and It took me refreshing the screen every few minutes from 9 am to 3:30 pm but I was able to purchase one for my son today. Looks like it's going to be a Very Merry Christmas after all.

Nothing like it Microsoft and gaming experience is great

A little pricey, but best buy had it at a regular price and in stock. It plays the games I want easily, though the downloaded versions can be glitchy at times.

Is good but,i don't like it video game. That was for a gift for somebody else.

I appreciate having a system that is pretty rare and having it since day one but I have some technical issues, like crashes when I perform certain tasks.

The games look amazing in 4k. I hooked this up to a LG OLED i got myself for Christmas. The pictures look so realistic.

I attempted to give Microsoft an opportunity to do well, do something differently and unique this generation. However, i find this console to be completely uninspiried, with no standing exclusive features or something of the sort which may set it apart from the company’s main competitor in the console market, a company and product Microsoft has been attempting to emulate for the last two decades. There is a wildly fitting quote from Mister Steve Jobs which concerns Microsoft and what it is they do/provide for the world. Unfortunately, not only does this quote still accurately depict the Microsoft company, they seem to have accepted it as realty, themselves. This company seems incapable of creating an original product and experience for those who cling to the Microsoft brand for whatever reason, which is a shame. Consider the company’s acquisition of the large gaming company, Zenimax. Microsoft would rather purchase an experience than create one, a task they have both succeeded in and failed horribly with. This company is truly damaging the gaming world by bringing more and more corporate elements into the community and ignoring what is most important, the creative. For that and many other reasons, they terrify me. Still, I tried, Microsoft. I really did, but I’m sadly confident I’m alone in this, that you did not.

Good console, it crashes on Roblox sometimes which doesn't make sense.

There’s no reason for Microsoft’s ridiculous price hike. My GF has game pass, and I just buy all the PC games I want on sale from Steam. She actually spends more annually than I do on video games, even though the only thing she actually plays is Call Of Duty and I actively try to play a wide variety of new games. There are a LOT of moms out there buying little Timmy game pass every month/year, there’s no reason for them to have increased the price of entry so drastically.
