The system load time is very fast and the silent noise when playing makes it perfect. The games can be upgraded to series x standard depending on title and looks great. I really enjoy playing games and videos on the Xbox series X. I would recommend buying this for yourself as a present.

She really enjoys game pass and the ability to try the games before downloading. Would definitely recommend. Graphics are awesome, game selection is pretty good too. Only disappointing thing is less split screen games out there but still able to play multiplayer online.

Had some issues getting data on my external drive to be recognized while setting it up. Easy to fix though, unplug the HD and restart the setup process and plug the external HD up after setup is complete

Quick Resume for the WIN!

They are both amazing in their own right. However, the ability to fully jump into a game using quick resume is beyond cool. Xbox really hit that out of the park. I've extremely satisfied with this system and can't wait to see the next generation games come out.

Good console, few good exclusives

So far it’s pretty much an Xbox One X, just faster. If you’re on the fence about it and have a One X just wait till more games arrive. It’s really not much different at all besides load times and quick resume, though I do really like the new Dpad on the controller. I also found that the SSD fills up really fast especially if you have Gamepass. Luckily you are able to transfer games to external drives to help with the storage issues. Hopefully the studio acquisitions that Microsoft has made will pay off in the coming months, but this probably isn’t a console that is a must have at or near launch. It’s up to Microsoft to change that with some good exclusives and until then I’d recommend to just wait.

Obviously I will keep my ps5 for exclusives but it’s hard to compete with game pass. Quick resume is so convenient. It’s also SO quiet. If it didn’t have a light I wouldn’t be able to tell if it was on or not. No issues so far and I’ve had it for about a month!
