Managed to get one while they were still in stock, and I'm glad I did. So far it plays all my old games flawlessly, and with MUCH quicker loading times thanks to the new SSD storage system. All my old games and controllers work, and I couldn't be happier. So far not too many games take advantage of the increased power over the Xbox One, but that'll change with time. My only complaint is that the SSD is only 1 TB capacity, and an expansion drive costs over $200 if you want the performance to match the onboard storage. With modern games taking up to 200 GB of space (looking at YOU Call of Duty), 1 TB isn't really enough if you don't want to have to uninstall and reinstall games all the time.

Purchased for Flight Simulator but very happy with this unit we ended up playing many other games as well as using it more for our home entertainment.

I purchased an Xbox one late in the last generation. However game pass is such an unbelievable deal that I ended up buying an Xbox one. Xbox one s and Xbox one x. Now this was a day one purchase. Love it.

Best console ever, super fast, the time to startup is about 5 minutes , loading time very fast, the controller really adaptive, in your hands, the ultimate gamepass is really good it has really good games

Love the Series X. I was gaming on an OG one, so upgrading to this was a dream. Super fast load times, the Quick save mode is awesome....and game pass is an absolute must have!

Upgraded from the xbox one X and couldn't be happier. Plays all my games both old and new. The new quick resume and faster load times are a game changer

It’s a no brained upgrade for those in the Xbox ecosystem, mainly because of game pass and backwards compatibility. Easy to connect and use. Only downsides are occasional glitches with restarting games.
