He can also play his older xbox games as well since it still has a disc drive unlike the series S which is only capable of playing digital games. Spend the extra money and go with the Series X!

It runs very smoothly and loads games freaky fast. The only minor issue with it is the controller connection. It has trouble pairing with the console after you’ve changed batteries or have turned off the controller. Other than that it’s perfecto.
