As an owner of both a digital and disc version of the PS5, this is good competition, while the Xbox has game pass and game fps boost for older titles, I think the PS5 has the overall better truly next gen experience. The Xbox hasn't changed the UI at all, its the same as the Xbox one and the controller is the same as the 2nd gen Xbox one controller. Honestly I would get a PS5 instead simply because of the UI and controller upgrade, as well as better performance. The PlayStation has also recently released their new PS Plus model which rivals game pass.

Good deal, but picked up in store and realized the order number was not my order. Not a big deal other than if I were to make a warranty claim in which case my serial number wouldn’t match my Best Buy order because the unit was listed as someone else’s on the sticke

Exceptional hardware and a great monthly service provided with a great roster of games! Best Buy employees took car of me very well and was equally excited for me! It’s even built my credit up with the all access two year payment plan! And it keeps me out of trouble >:D

I'm enjoying my XBOX Series X console. The load time is super fast. I can't wait for more games to come out for the system. I wouldn't spend the extra money to buy off someone second hand. The controller with the added grip on the back is an upgrade although I prefer the elite controller.

Kudos to Best Buy for doing a better job than anyone of making next gen consoles available to actual people rather than bots and scammers. And, their curbside pickup is easier and safer than any other big box retailer. Thanks Best Buy! PS: no one will read this but obviously happy with the console as well.

Great system. This is my second one. Have them in multiple rooms. Use it to stream and play. Great product and will be useful even after new systems are released as a streaming box.

So far so good. System does have extremely fast load time. I halve also noted that the system seems to do a good job of cooling. I have chose to keep my system in the upright position and like the looks of it this way. Looking forward to some games that will put this system to the real challenge!

I finally purchased the Xbox Series X. As a longtime Xbox owner I was anticipating the newest version of the console. I love the crisp clear images (during game play, videos, even the main menu). The games run extremely smoothly including series x games like Flight Simulator (worth getting the series x just to play it). I only have two complaints: 1. Movies/youtube: Sometimes there is a disconnect between image and sound. I never experienced that on my other consoles. Havent figured out why...yet. 2. There arent a ton of series x Exclusive games...yet.

This console is a worthy successor to the Xbox One. It’s a powerhouse in a compact case and I am very impressed with the overall experience. I love the backwards compatibility system which allows me to plays many of my favorite original Xbox and Xbox 360 games in 4K!

Big jump up from the xbox one i had for 5 years. Every game runs faster and is graphicly better. Lost a star due to no games out for it yet and trying to get one is just dumb luck.

This Xbox is amazing. The picture is crystal clear, great frame rates, and it’s a beautiful box.

My children waited 2 1/2 years for this purchase. They absolutely LOVE it. They play at least once a day. there is something for everyone to enjoy.

This game console is worth the money especially if you pair it game pass ultimate tou do get your moneys worth i recommend it i give it 5 stars

I love the Xbox series X. It’s been a great console and the form factor blends in well to my entertainment center. I’m loving the way Xbox let’s you play older games from two generations ago.

Packaging was flawless, setup and sign in was sooo fast and simple. Started playing AC Valhalla for about 3 hours and the system runs super cool with no heating issues and its super quiet. The dynamic backgrounds is a great new feature on the system. Ohh and the speed of doing anything on the system is amazing!

nice, games are always on sale, and got a steal for $350 during christmas sale, don’t like the controller that comes with it but i use the series 2 elite controller anyway

I know everyone is ranting and raving about the PS5, but the ecosystem Microsoft is building on the Xbox shouldn’t be ignored. Looking forward to Halo Infinite later this year on the most powerful, and quietest console. I hope that if you’re reading this, one makes it into your home, too.

What a console. It goes toe to toe with the PS5 on all fronts except controller quality. PS5 wins that hands down. But with the game pass this thing is a beast. I don't have to ever buy games! Great build quality makes this thing look good too. Very happy with my purchase.

Great console the graphics are amazing games run a lot smoother my only issue is storage it’s has 1 TB and I’m coming from a gears edition 2TB I had to purchase a 2 TB memory card for $70
