Bought it for my husband for Christmas. He opened it up, we hooked it up to the tv and he's been playing it ever since. Works great and has excellent graphics, and hundreds of game choices, - can't complain about it a bit. I now have plenty of time to do things I want to do. Excellent investment. Highly recommend. Thank you to the Microsoft Xbox X staff, Matt Swider on Twitter, and Best Buy. Best Christmas gift ever!

I bought this for my boyfriend as a birthday gift and he loves it! Say the graphics and quality is a lot better than the older Xbox systems. Thanks Xbox he’s one happy boyfriend!!

Great xbox. 4 stars because Im a ps5 guy though All you come to expect from Microsoft.

I absolutely love my Series X. And I love how Best Buy makes scalpers pick up in person. I have purchased 3 of them from BB. 2 for both my OLED's and one for a friend. Best Buy is defiantly the way to go. Set up is a little bit of a pain since you need the app but it's a great console.

The console is great, but it has a little bit of an overheating issue when standing vertically. The problem went away when I put the console horizontal

Xbox is the best i pove the quick conneft that allows me to connect multiple Xbox systems with my kids.

The Series X is a solid console for what it has to offer right now. You are not getting anything different at the moment moving from an Xbox one X. Yes the console is faster moving through games accessing the store and etc. But there is nothing new. The hope is that Microsoft provides solid exclusives down the line but for right now it is a console that you can wait till next year when there is more to offer. If you want the latest and greatest tech then sure get it. Just make sure you have a TV that supports 4K and HDR. The 120 frames per second does not matter much at the moment since it is mostly for shooters. That will change in the future.

The way this console plays most games at 4k 120 fps is insane. Very fast start up great quality, I have bought two and have had them for over a year now and still working great.

Switched from a one x and on paper there’s not much improvement, but in reality game quality is actually a lot smoother. Textures really pop and games are WAY smoother with faster loading times. I didn’t originally think it would be worth the upgrade but I’m glad I did

First time purchasing a gaming console. So far, I am totally impressed with this console. I would recommend this to family and friends. Only downfall is the battery on the controllers that need to be replaced after few days of usage. Looking into rechargeable batteries to get this issue resolved.

I must say I’m in love with the Series X. The quick resume feature not only works on smart delivery games but any game whether backwards compatible or new games. It is a live saver for load times and is super fast. The remote play feature I love it, I now get notifications on real time from the xbox.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. This gaming cube is his second wife. I guess I fed into it by giving his a couple hundred $$ gift cards for games and a brand new headset. But he enjoys it so.

Got as a Christmas present for daughter big upgrade over Xbox one. I ended up playing it almost as much as her so far. Only gripe is I guess to be expected.... But common why couldn't they make the USB c port charge the internal batteries of the controler (face-palm)

This was an excellent Christmas gift! It was exactly what the kiddos asked for and they are having a blast with it. I am most appreciative of the fact that I was able to get this with minimal hassle and at retail price. These days it seems like people sre getting ripped off left and right by scalpers trying to get these and PS5's. So I want to give a special shout out to Best Buy for consistently doing things the right way! They made it especially easy to pick up with contactless curbside too. I appreciate their efforts in making accommodations like this for their customers.

Xbox series X has good aesthetics, discord integration, easy navigation, better specs and also official keyboard supports (Razer Turret) it is just simply the best console on the market right now with the least drawbacks.

This is my second Series X. I own the Halo limited edition Series X and 2 series S. Love this console. Its my go to for all things entertainment. I do also have a PS5. I 100% recommend the Series X if anyone is debating to get one.

Took a lot to set up. Why is there so many people that have issues with the disc reading? This console cost too much to not work properly. I just picked up a few days ago couldn’t start playing until now and can’t even play the game I purchased. Now I have to make a trip back to bestbuy with this console to see what’s going on.
