Nice console super fast game loader. Unfortunately very few games available currently, but that changes end of 2022 beginning of 2023 so I am personally excited for this and the fact I was able to buy one of these consoles.

Very happy so far with the Series X. No more power brick is great - saves space for sure. Runs quietly and picture quality is solid, can't wait for true next gen games to come out to really take advantage of the power the Series X has. VERY quick restart on games as well.

I purchased the Xbox yesterday to take advantage of the Black Friday deal -- $50 off retail price, plus a $50 Best Buy gift card. I intended to use the $50 gift card to buy an Xbox game--an obvious use case that Best Buy apparently couldn't forsee. I get home, start setting up my new Xbox, and decide to go to the Best Buy store to buy a digital download code for the game I wanted. This is where the problems began. It's listed for $69.99. This strikes me as odd, considering the game is listed for $17.49 on the Xbox store. No worries, I think to myself. I can just use my Best Buy gift card to buy an Xbox gift card, which I'll then use to buy the game at the cheaper price on the Xbox store. Apparently, that's a big no-no. I try buying the Xbox gift card 3 times -- each time, instead of getting an email with my digital gift card, I get an "Order has been cancelled" notification. There is no explanation as to why it's been cancelled (which is why I tried 3 times; I thought it was just a glitch). So I call customer service. After 30 mins on the phone, they finally tell me the problem: gift cards can't be used to buy digital products, only physical ones. I explain the situation, but they won't budge. They tell me I have to go back to the physical store. Fine. I follow directions, only to discover problem #2. There is another very important (read: arbitrary) rule: gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards. So I wasted my time going to the store (as instructed by Best Buy support) for nothing. It's still fine, I think to myself. I can ask them to price match the game from the Xbox store, so at least I can get the game at a reasonable price. Nope! Welcome to problem #3: apparently, Best Buy doesn't price match during Black Friday sales through Nov. 25. That's understandable - they don't want to get ripped off by some other store offering a crazy deal. But the discount on my game ($17.49 instead of $69.99) is available for the next 8 days. Since today is Nov. 22, that means the sale will be good until the end of the month (Nov. 30). I point out to customer service that it's silly to make me wait until Nov. 25th to get the price match -- we all know Ithe $17.49 deal will still be available then, so why not just price match today? They keep telling me it's 'policy' - but their arbitrary rule makes zero sense. I keep pushing until they come back with problem #4: Microsoft is not a "qualified competitor" with Best Buy. This means that even if they make an exception and give me the price match today (which they still won't do for the previous reason), I still can't get the price match due to the "qualified competitor" issue. That's plainly absurd. They are selling a Microsoft product. They also sell a ton of games that EXCLUSIVELY work with that product, many of which are made by studios owned by Microsoft. But somehow, Microsoft doesn't count as a competitor. So, my options are: 1) Buy the game from Best Buy for $50 more than it's listed on Microsoft, 2) Buy the game from Microsoft and save the Best Buy gift card for something else (there is nothing else I want from them, though, so this option basically requires me to screw myself out of $50), or 3) return the entire freaking thing, gift card and all, and get the exact same deal from one of their competitors that is a bit more customer friendly. I'll be going with option 3. I hope you do too. This whole experience was beyond frustrating, which is unfortunate because I used to love Best Buy. I look forward to spending money with their competitors (whether they admit they're competitors or not) in the future. TLDR: Buy your Xbox somewhere else if you can.

Excellent gaming console for kids or adults. Gamepass is a great option for the kids.

There are tons of opinions with this new box, but know one thing, the Series X is a great gaming experience! Also, take time to do the research on how to optimize the Series X gaming experience. I can't imagine any rational person who would be disappointed, Highly recommended!

Received my xbox through best buy on the xbox all access service. Got it promptly and it was preloaded with my two year subscription. All i had to do was log in. Easy, fast, simple, and i didnt have to pay out the nose.

Very great for those that like to play many different games without deleting and redownloading games

It was my mistake for not researching, but the limited expandable memory is a downfall to this system. Not enough to not have it, but still a slight disappointment.

Finally landed one of these, took a few months of going on Best Buy online.. love it except the 1st down load of Call of duty took over 2 hours to load. Other than that I’m more than happy with the newest x-box! Also bought the wireless head phones from Turtle Beach..

Amazing purchase! I am playing all of my old Xbox original games to the latest Xbox Series X/S Enhanced games. If you can find one, definitely grab it! You can also use the Microsoft approved Dev Kit App ($20) to play Nintendo and Playstation games as well!

It may be a tad bug but definitely worth it I had the Xbox series S first and it seemed like the frame rate would drop and there wasn’t enough storage. All those issues were resolved once I was finally able to get my hands on the Xbox series X

If you’re an XBOX person, I really don’t think you’re going to be disappointed with this purchase, especially if you’re upgrading from an XBOX One. The backwards compatibility between games and peripherals makes this a great upgrade if you plan on staying in the XBOX family

After searching multiple sites, best buy had the best price for my system.

Picked it up for 350$ It was at an all time low so I decided to cop. Very happy with my purchase as I was playing on a Xbox One S so upgrade was needed

I upgraded from Xbox One S to a Xbox One x and now to the Xbox series x , it does NOT disappoint , I had to upgrade my TV to the LG C1 OLED 48" with the 2.1 HDMI to be able to display 4K at 120 FPS The picture is amazing !!!!!

Was really worried I wouldn't be able to get a Series X. Got on Best Buy and honestly the entire process was super easy and stress free. Came in right when they said it would and just went to my local Best Buy and picked it up! Thanks for making the entire process easy!

The kids love the console. The ability to play backwards with previous releases of games, Xbox 360 etc. was a selling point for us over the S series.
