Beautiful! But we had a critical issue

Wasn’t overheated or anything. We were on the phone with Microsoft for over an hour troubleshooting it and ended up having to send it in... will be 3-4 weeks before we either get it back fixed or get a new one mailed to us. Normally Microsoft would send a loaner while it’s being fixed but with the lack of product available right now we must wait

Best Buy got the XBox in when promised. Pick up was quick and easy. The game console is a Christmas gift so it hasn’t been used yet.

I just wish it was made with more internal HD space since a game when downloaded takes up a lot of space. Definitely need an external HD.

Good but not flawless

Love Playing games in 4k at 120fps, image quality it too notch. I am a dissatisfied however with some of the issues I have had with this. I had to pay Dolby for an Atmos license but you can't use eARC without the sound cutting out at 120hz. This is an issue with several TV brands so it isn't my Sony that's the issue. I get HDMI 2.1 is bleeding edge but this is a little frustrating.
