I've been extremely impressed thus far and have had no issues at all. This thing is amazing, especially if you have a new TV that supports HDMI 2.1. The quick resume is something I never knew I needed and now I can't live without it and not to mention the value of game pass. I have nothing but good things so far. All I can suggest is getting a new HDMI 2.1 4k tv that supports high refresh rates, turn off the lights and start up Forza Horizon. You will be impressed.

Been waiting a long time for this and It did not disappoint! I love the design, it's a incredibly quiet console, and a real beast of a machine. Really bummed that Halo Infinite is delayed till fall 2021 but after the fiasco of Cyberpunk.. I'm okay with it. The optimized XSX games look and play amazingly. I would 100% suggest getting a monitor or tv that has HDMI 2.0 capability to utilize the biggest XSX features. Excellent console and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

My first thought when I opened it was wow this is a big consoles . I mean it takes up a lot of space but I suppose it has to for some really high end hardware and good air flow . You know I wasn’t actually as impressed as I should be . I don’t know if it’s the same layout as far as the Xbox home guide the guide still feels a little clunky and slow . The WiFi is really fast but hdr game mode made my games look bad I had to turn it off . The controllers still have to use batteries . I mean really this is what generation of Xbox now and we still use batteries , why aren’t they rechargeable batteries by now ? The graphics run great on 4K XS games . Although it has crashed a few times and cyber punk didn’t work well on the game system either I ended up returning it . I would say I’m leaving my review at a 4 star reason being it still has day 1 bugs that need fixing and theirs hardly any games optimized for it right now . So I feel like I have a good gaming console with no next gen games . In a way I kinda feel cheated maybe that’s just me .

Bought this as an open box labeled "excellent" condition. Description matched the item. Have been using it for about a month now and no problems. Came with everything I needed as well (cables and controller).

Curbside pickup at store was flawless, always great customer service. If you like the Microsoft ecosystem, this is more of the same great Xbox stuff. Very powerful system and it looks really nice and is far more compact than PS5. No exclusive games quite yet however the lineup looks very promising. Great controller, great performance, and all at a price that will run well for the next 5-6 years. If you can score one and love the Xbox this has to be in your livingroom.

Loving this console! I have had plenty of systems over the years. Last gen I had both Xbox one, Wii U and PS4. Honestly wasn’t happy with either for very long. I haven’t enjoyed a gaming console since the Xbox 360. This system is so lightning fast. Load times are almost non existent and games look great! The packaging the system came in was beautiful! The only thing that got me confused was that my controller came all scratched up like it was used already. Oh well :)

My son loves it. He loves the memory storage. He constantly plays it.

Upgraded to the Series X from Xbox One. The graphics are infinitely better and it operates much faster than the One. Most games are compliant from the previous Xbox (unless they specifically say otherwise). We had been monitoring multiple sites to try to find the Series X. The store didn’t have it in stock in store, but we were able to order it for in store pick up and got it within a week.

It’s Xbox they know what they’re doing. Fantastic speed, graphics is phenomenal, I have a PlayStation 5 and I love it for the exclusives but as far as performance Xbox wins. Not saying PlayStation isn’t better… it’s just slight differences that I notice in gaming performance

To this point, I've gotten this system setup and played about 10-15 hours of games on it and 4-5 hrs of movies. I can say without a doubt that this is faster and more responsive in menu navigation than previous console generations - but I think that was the point with the power of the hardware. The games look great, and the power comes back in to deliver on the 4K @ 120 FPS. Assassin's Creed Valhalla looks and performs exceptionally with my LG C9 OLED and this console.

The Xbox series x with all access is the absolute best deal in gaming, this console Is no joke when it comes to playing new and old games in 4k and at higher fps, insane value with 2 years of gamepass ultimate, only gripe is that only comes in 1tb and had to purchase a 2tb Samsung t7 ssd for additional games

Easy to set up. Had an Xbox one and worried about the time it would take to move everything over to the new system. Was surprised how quickly it all came together. Was done with the setup in and was able to play within 20-30 minutes. Load times are shorter, graphics are awesome. Not many games out for it yet, so holding off until there are some more titles made for it might not be a bad idea. Either way it's a good console and I have really enjoyed it so far.

I'm really happy with this product. Got the day it came out and was very excited to play it. The quick resume is extremely convient and there are games that i havent played in months, that when i play open my last session. The controller feels good too. Was a bit dissapointed that the user interface was the same as the xbox one s but thats just me nit-picking. There also not that many games exclusive to it so this is a long-term inventment.

Having played both Series S and X I can say the X is worth waiting for. I have nothing negative to say when I compare it to the S. None of the crashing issues I had with the Series S. Games load much faster, play more smoothly and has about double the storage space (and no crashing every 10 minutes.) Definitely worth its investment if you play video games more than a few hours a week. I guess my only knock could be that storage space isnt externally expandable.

Great console. If you have the extra money and want to enjoy the what this gen of console gaming can offer, then you won't be disappointed with this. I also have a PS5 but this Xbox falls nothing short of it. Enjoy putting hours into this and taking advantage of the performance it can deliver. I actually like the design a lot and can fit it somewhere nicely into my setup.

Absolute Beast of a console! Fast load times noticable better graphics, nice feel to the new controller.

I am absolutely in love with this thing. It honestly gave me a reason to jump back into gaming because it's never looked so good. Crisp 4K details at 120hz is very hard to compete with in the PC world. Definitely getting a bargain here when it comes to performance. I would recommend anyone to upgrade to this model cuz it is heat.
