Finally got my hands on this beautiful machine. Who knew I'd be lucky enough to get one simply by walking in the store and asking if they had any in stock. I was beginning to give up hope that I would never get one in time before the restocks would sell out. I love it. Load times are incredibly fast and the graphics are insanely gorgeous. Can't wait to get started on Halo Infinite

This unit lasted for 3 years and 9 months and it has died. Gave me the best experiences and family moments, but also let me spend at least 250+ hours playing Skyrim. HDMI port failed recently and a new one has been ordered as fixing it costs just slightly less than a new unit.

Top of the line, fast, graphics are dope and navigating through the apps are quick and easy. Love it

Ive been a xbox fan since the 1st one came out i got one in 2005 christmas i was 10yrs old and was soooo excited forza motorsport and the spongebob battle for bikini bottom were the first games then on 2009 got a 360 arcade edition but i fellout after 2012 became a ps3 user till xbox one came out but meh the series x has been a great console for me and im enjoying it as i did the 1st xbox and 360 times its an amazing console u cannot go wrong with microsoft they have great games and great value to offer very happy with my decision and purchase

This purchase has been the best return on investment I've made when it comes to video games. The system is so powerful and fast compared to the Series S. Have not had a single problem with the system or controller. The biggest selling point is that it is future proof for future gaming. The last console you'll need for a long time.

The xbox series x purchased from bestbuy was awesome. I plugged this into my tv and downloaded a few games to test it out and so far i have not encountered any issues. I initially purchased the xbox console to help Master Chief in his quests in Halo Infinite. I can't complain. Is this worth it moving from an xbox one? Yeah this feels much faster to load and overall more responsive.

Everything feels faster, more smooth, amazing visuals, no technical problems, console was ready to pick up at first time in the morning, and even though it did launch with no exclusive next gen game there's plenty of choices to play while we wait for amazing releases. Beware at first I thought that my console was faulty because the image was was with interference when I tried to play at 4k 120fps but all it needed was an update on the tv.

Amazing graphics. Easy to set up and transfer files from old to new xbox. Fast loading.

Best Buy’s service was overall good. Quick easy pickup. Xbox has been good for over a year now, gets extremely hot and heats up my whole room. However it doesn’t overheat or get affected in gaming/picture quality. But wow this thing could keep you warm in a blizzard.

⸻ The Xbox Series X is a powerful console for 4K gaming at 120FPS, with fast SSD storage and Xbox Game Pass access. The Series S is a smaller, more affordable option for 1440p gaming, also with Game Pass. Both are great for gamers, depending on your budget and performance needs.

Overall easy to install and the app set up (XBOX APP). Graphics are great and the stick controller fits great in hand. Overall satisfied for the purchase

If you’re interested in getting one, just get it! The x is faster than the Xbox one, the games look better, and it has a bunch of storage! The only downside is it’s a bit bulky, but still 5 stars cause it’s a tremendous upgrade from my previous Xbox one.

I had been hesistant to purchase this next-gen console due to the price and the unreliable unit numbers during the pandemic. I am SO glad I stopped waiting and decided to purchase this. For those like me who have been waiting or who don't think it's worth to spend the cash, trust me, it is!!! The new graphics are AMAZING and almost lifelike. The memory is far better than old consoles. This machine can also play blu-rays and the newer format of videos. Best of all, if you're a huge gamer like I am, XBOX is an amazing investment because some of the older xbox games you can just plug in and play. This feature alone makes this worth it. So again, if you're hesitant, do a little research and finally make that choice like I did! I recommend Best Buy because they're always in stock and their employees are always super helpful :) Cheers!

The Xbox X has come a long way since the Xbox 360. The graphics are superior, the speed is fabulous, but not every game (even our favorites) is convertible to the new format. The setup was pretty easy and once you take the three days to download all of the games you want off of the Xbox gamer site, it is fabulous. The whole family is enjoying it. Make sure you have ultrafast internet and no download limits.

Better graphics? Yes. Faster load times? Yes. If you are looking for more than that, then idk, maybe reconsider before dropping the big five hundo. I’m also sure there will be some issues and bugs coming with the release of these new consoles. Black ops Cold War constantly crashes on my series X and sometimes even shuts down my console completely. Although, I’m not sure if this is caused by a black ops Cold War issue or an issue with the Xbox series x itself. So at this point in time it would be unfair to judge the console based off of a bad experience with one game. BUT this does make me nervous as there will be more demanding games down the road. I just hope the series X can live up to Microsoft’s word and smoothly run these gorgeous games for us to enjoy. As a long time “Xbox guy”, I’m satisfied with my purchase overall. The console undeniably looks great and it’s a huge upgrade from my One S. Just keeping fingers crossed for what’s to come!

Happy to be one of the lucky ones to get one of these before Christmas. Super happy with the setup and ease of transferring my old Xbox One account, games, and apps. Games specifically updated to take advantage of the Series X horsepower, are ridiculous. Forget about the immediate load times, the graphics are so detailed...ignorance WAS bliss. I can't go back. I thought my old Xbox One S had great visuals, but I was wrong.

I didn't wanna buy it at first, how ever I'm glad i did. I love bow fast it loads xbox 360 games. It also resumes where i left off on the game. Shut it off, next day I turn it on and geg to my game in a matter of seconds. Sometimes it does not load but 95% of the time it works flawlessly. Graphics are amazing. 4k gaming is good. No complaints so far, I feel bad for all the ones over paying for this. I waited and was rewarded.

I have owned almost every Xbox that has ever been released. This is the King!!!. This console gives 4K 60fps HDR with Raytracing gaming at only $500, you can’t beat that! It’s fast, reliable, and graphically amazing. The console stays super cool and it’s soooooo quiet, I can’t even hear it. Even when playing the new call of duty black ops Cold War. This console looks amazing on my entertainment system and always catches guest attention.

Great console, the best I have ever owned and I have been gaming since the 2600 and Vetrex. My only concern is the additional RAM and the pricey cost associated with it but I understand the need due to the processor speed. However, I believe aftermarket products will be released to remediate the high cost associated with the current options. If non-Xbox gamers realized how awesome Microsoft has come with their platform and available gaming options many people would jump ship. Such as backwards compatible, Windows 10 game anywhere, game share of digital titles shared with your friends who don't own the title and vise versa. Game share alone has allowed me to play titles in my friends library that I don't own or I am on the fence about purchasing. Kudos to Microsoft and their product. Hands down the best console and I haven't even upgraded to a 4K tv that supports HDMI 2.1, but after installing this on my gaming monitor and seeing the raw power I am stoked to get this monster in it's intended media environment. Standalone on a gaming monitor gave me the reassurance of why this console was deemed the most powerful console on the market. I can't wait to upgrade my TV and start exploring true 4K, but COD MW has already been upgraded to support the X Series and once I installed it from my current library and installed the COD graphical update. Wow! That's all I can say! Wow Look into these consoles and all Microsoft offers before making a decision, not to mention the controller and look. They kept it simple, a very quiet and powerful rectangle that doesn't take up much space but packs a punch. A Mike Tyson punch to say the least.
