The whole purchasing zoo was the brainchild of Microsoft, so not Best Buy's fault, so for MS, I'd give them a 1 for the purchasing process but a 12 for the awesome XBOXX.

If you're experiencing an issue when playing Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Activision Support suggest that you try dropping the resolution from 4K to 1080p and disabling ray tracing for now. They are aware of the problem and are working on a solution.
