Also still personally view xbox live ultimate as over priced. 60$ 4months of ultimate. 27$ 3months xbox gold with crap free titles..good ones on ultimate only...ps is better at 60 a year..

The unit itself seems to be working fine but the controller "Y" button, after 33 days, just stopped working. I called customer support to find out about replacing it and I walked away feeling like "we got your money, tough luck". They in no way seemed interested in making it right other than "Call Xbox to see what they'll do" attitude. After researching the issue online, this seems to be a problem for a lot of people. Best Buy is selling products with known issues but won't stand behind them. I rated them as poor based off of the customer support. Almost a $1000 for something I already have to fix just to use it.

Not a Must Own Now, But Halo will be worth it.
