Bought this because i always had an xbox growing up. Its been about 8 years since ive owned a console. Incredibly disappointed in microsoft paywalling most everything from bluetooth headsets to online & remote play. Youre basically spending $500 for hardware and a minimum $20 a month after for online access at the most basic level. Not only that but microsoft has licensed bluetooth rights so youll probably have to buy another headset specifically for this device. Once you get around the $750 inital investment and ongoing $30/mo fees youll enjoy it. Shame on Microsoft.

The xbox series x is a great console with better gameplay,better latency,and better graphics

Bought with the 2years of ultimate game pass, and no one in store knows how to activate it. They told me I should get an email with a code but I haven’t. I thought Aubrie it would activate once I turned it on, however the kids opened it this morning and still nothing after activation. I will call after the holidays, but it is super annoying the store didn’t know how it works.

First time owning an Xbox, I'm not disappointed in the least. Only downgrade would be the lack of next generation games at present.

It's an xbox. Hopefully it lasts longer than 3 years like all the rest of them in the past. filling this out for the best buy points

System is great. Ordered online. Took two hours for me to pick it up in store. So unorganized.

Overall the Xbox series X is a solid console. I have had some issues with a few Xbox one games were they will randomly crash.

Game loading timescnot as fast as I would’ve expected.

This is a great device but I think it will run out of power faster than the last gen. Processors and GPUs need to get much faster.

It starts a lot faster than the old Xbox-X. not all games support the quick start feature :(

Game pass is what sold me, plus full backwards compatibility.

Works like it should with no problems. Only had it about 2 weeks. Lets see if it will last

Best graphics and complete system integration. Microsoft is getting good at gaming hardware

The game library is awesome. PS5 has a better controller.

Was disappointed my daughter opened this up and it didn’t come with the controller shown in the photo! ** Why would they sell such an expensive system but not include a controller to play it?!?

This is much better then all the other one's. Technically sure is getting better with time

Had to return the 1st one. The “new one” has power on issues. I may have to return again. NOT BEST BUY FAULT! Happy with them for sure
