complicated interface, slow downloads, not enough backwards compatability with games. Better off buying the series S for 200 less and going all digital.

Amazing console. Performance and graphics are great and I have so many games to choose from with gamepass

My personal opinion I’m disappointed with the lack of support for the system I hope it changes but honestly just get a ps5 or gaming pc

Online gaming is slow compared to PS5. I find my console always lagging in online multiplayer games

the usb outlet on the xbox gor damage some how, not able to use this xbox anymore, won't play on the t.V u s b port won't work

I was expecting some hassle transferring from our xbox one to this one. It took less than 15 minutes to set this up and transfer all data to start right were we left off. Couldn’t have been any easier to set up.

Good console, but seems like a minor upgrade honestly. Plus, so few exclusive games you might as well ride out of the older Xbox & PS4 console for a year or two until you need them to actually play new, good game.

Better than xbox one x but I would recommend just getting a high powered PC over this system as you can get a better value while still having access to xbox games.

It loads things fast only good point right now. The extra memory is still way to high. The latency is so bad when playing multi player games like cod and such. I tried 3 different controllers, wired and wireless and went back to my XBox One X so I can can multi player games again. Buy at your own risk. After all this time they have not fixed the latency issues yet. I am not talking internet connection. The problem is the controllers taking to long to communicate with the console. With cod and other shooter games and multi player, every second counts.

Sits on my TV console unplayed. Nothing really exciting from XBOX this generation outside of Forza. New Halo felt more like an Assassin's creed wannabe.

Worst item i could have ordered for someone as a present. When item was delivered it was left outside no signature was required so it was on the street and got stolen. Best buy does not want to re send the item. They told me file a police report. So now im stuck in dispute trying to get my money back from the bank for an item i never recieved. I would never order online from them again.... then come to find out they used a 3rd party delivery service not even postal service or ups. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

The system is good but there are no exclusive games for it yet. Everything is available on the xbox one. I ordered this for curbside pickup. They had me wait an hour and tried to give me the Series S instead.

Cool console but the drive has issues....sending it back to Microsoft

It took me 7 months to get a Series X. But, the day arrived and I got my hands on one and did not pay $200 dollars or more to get it. After getting everything setup and looking the way it should, the best way I can describe this console is it is a beefed up XBOX One X. Graphics are eye popping with detail, especially in Gears of War 5. The speed of the console is super fast thanks to the SSD Drive. It is much smaller than previous consoles. The OS and interface are identical to the XBOX One X. I mainly did not want to be behind on consoles and want to play all games meant specifically for Series X to play on the Series X. Gamepass will be huge on this system since most everything is launching straight to Gamepass and will be available on launch day, Halo Infinite. Overall, very happy with this system. Glad I own one and pray it never fails 5 plus years down the road.

Runs extremely hot, I don't trust anything that runs super hot.

With xbox for PC released my son plays all of his xbox games on a gaming PC. The price for a console is a bit cheaper but for the versatility of a PC I would say they are not longer necessary.

Personally was not a huge fan. Got a pc after and gave this to brother.

Quiet and quick loading, was worth the purchase, also bought rechargeable battery packs for the controllers
