When we started up the system it wouldn’t go past the update screen. Had to go to the store to return the product and we were told we got a lemon and there was no more in stock and the Xbox’s were sold out. We couldn’t even order it online or have it shipped to us. Awesome feeling to tell my child their Christmas gift had to be returned. All they gave me was a gift card and told me to check back for when they might have it in stock.id give them zero stars if that was an option

This is annoying but other than that its a good system. I need to contact Microsoft about their controller issue and see what they will do to do about it.

Poor customer service from Best Buy

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My xbox series x has issues that xbox customer service coukd not fix they are going to replace my xbox they said I coukd go back to Best Buy to exchange it for a new one. Best buy said that i bought it 8-26-2024 and its oassed the 15 days and said they cant do it. I told them Xbox said I can return for a new one and I have a email stating that. Best Buy said they do not send them back anymore and Xbox lied to me . I wish I new that before I bought it from Best Buy. I WOULD have went elsewhere. I even bought the 3 year service plan from Xbox.

It has more than enough hard drive space. It streams video, and acts as a conrtol device for all online entertainment.

Quick resume does not work for games that are online based so thats not all that practical. Hardware scratches easily.

Amazon has a wait list and nowhere else carries them. I decided to look at Best Buy and I got it within a week.

Activision Support has reported a known issue in which players are experiencing crashes while playing Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War in 4K on Xbox Series X. If you have a high end Sony tv I have issues with the hdmi reading the console. I have a PS4 ps3 switch and a Blu-ray player and no issues with the hdmi.

1 year and 1 month later stopped working

It wont start, it turns on and for about 45 seconds it shuts off again. Hdmi cable claimes its not plugged in restrted it several times and no luck, i got the 2 year protection plan lets see how it goes

Next to my PS5 this series x is gorgeous. Cant wait to see what Gears 6 will look like in this beast seeing how Horizon looks superb.
