I ordered multiple items on Nov22 and all but one arrived the Xbox X. It was sent by FedEx and it was misplaced in their warehouse. It took from the 27th until Dec5 for FedEx to investigate and deemed lost. FedEx called me and gave me the news and told me to contact BestBuy with that information. I did so and have contacted BestBuy throughout and waiting to see if they would make things right quickly. Unfortunately I was told they have to finish their investigation now and it would not be concluded until 7-10days. I don’t blame BestBuy for losing the package but I expected another to be shipped immediately after FedEx concluded it was lost and only the shipper can recover replacement cost. So I sit here still without the Xbox waiting
