I bought the Xbox Serial X for a New Year gift for my son, but we didn't unbox it when I pick up from Best Buy. around a month later, I unboxed it and found the Xbox console was defective and couldn't power on. I reached out to BestBuy, but Best Buy said the return/exchange time is due, and I need to reach out to them within 15 days. they asked me to reach out to Microsoft by myself. I bought the product from Best Buy, but they asked me to reach out to the manufacturer when I got a defective product. ?This totally does not make sense to me.

Best Buy wouldn’t return, exchange or replace it since it was 4 days past their 30 day warranty window, and we are now hoping Microsoft will help since Best Buy would not. So disappointed in this product and in Best Buy’s service.

I used the physical disks and one of them got ruined by the xbox. Also, the digital games sometimes take forever to download and they take up massive amounts of space.

If you get the Ultimate 24 month deal the employees will lie to about when you will get a supposed code in your email and further contacting there is no code. Best Buy employees are straight trash
