Beware of selecting trade-in option

I was expecting the value of the trade-in to off set the purchase price. Instead, this came off as a bait-and-switch. After I used their trade-in interface to value my old console and was quoted a price for same, I opted for the trade-in purchase and bought the new console. Only after I completed the purchase did Best Buy then back out of the trade-in (without ever notifying me).

They shipped out for repair instead of in store replacement then the repair exceeds the limit of the warranty coverage so they said Microsoft sent them a replacement with no ETA. Last time buying Tech in Best buy
