The Controller kept disconnecting. Took it back to BB and they said buy another Controller because they couldn’t exchange it due to not have a replacement. Bought another Controller and it did the same thing. I never activated the Game Pass and was out the cost. Received a refund for the Xbox and Warranty.

System shuts off constantly without warning.

Completed all troubleshooting steps given by Microsoft support including driving an hour back to bestbuy a 2nd time to buy a tv. Never even got to set up the xbox, video never worked. Bestbuy referred me to dotcom, dotcom said return to bestbuy and they can order a new one to be shipped to me. Bestbuy took return and said they cant order another xbox for me. So now im stuck with games/tv/headset with no xbox and no idea when I could get one.
