Bought new, xbox was pristine out of box. Staff was friendly and helpful, got my pick up order out to me quickly.

Purchased this as a gift for a friends son . despite being told it was open box excellent condition with all items need to play, it was not. I gave it to the person I brought it for to find out it was not as advertised it was missing the HDMI cable and controller. I was then lied to buy customer support about returning to the local store with id and receipt for the missing items . Upon going into the store I was informed that had no such policy. I would have to get the Xbox back for the person I gifted it to and return it too pay the difference to get a new one instead of the open box excellent one I purched. Over all between time, gas, and missing items what I was told I was buying was not worth it. It cost a additional 120.00 over the price of a new one . This was a huge lesson learned thanks to Best Buy and I will not make the mistake again

its a modern console in that its slower than a PC. It gets VERY hot, and at 3 years old is starting to show some serious problems in a lot of games. Xbox needs a new console but instead they are planning a refresh of this old slow AMD console. At least it isnt a PS5.

Purchased this item for son's Christmas gift and he loves it. I am not a gamer but according to my gamer son, this Xbox is great!

Great gaming console. Fast connection. Memory does fill up with the more games you have, but can alway add an external hard drive

I’m very happy with this new console. The processing power in this machine is pretty powerful and a major upgrade from the previous model.

The only problem with buying this is now I have to get a new tv to get the full visual experience!

Upgrade from the S. Was so worth it. Get thus you will not be disappointed. Fast quick gaming. Gives you that edge you need.

What a console and has served me well for 3 years now! The controllers aren't great but that isn't related to console quality which is awesome

After having a Series S for 3 years. I can say theres absolutely a night and day difference upgrading to the Series X!

Really good console, I'm stoked about the backwards compatibility (for most games at least) but it is still plagued by the awful UI and annoying profile system- I don't want to make another Microsoft account to play split screen! Let me make additional profiles without a Microsoft account!

Pick up service was a breeze and i ordered online so not much interacting with staff except at the pick up counter !
