App wouldn’t work for the set up and then it wouldn’t download any games, it would stop at 12%. Had to send it to Microsoft for them to fix the issue which takes at least 10 days. The service was free but ups charged me 10 dollars to ship it.. Xbox should have covered the shipping. Doing research online you’ll find that it’s a common issue with this console so be prepared.
