Really fast download and loading speeds . I haven’t had any issues with my console yet . The graphics are great when you buy or already have a good gaming tv. Would recommend having a good compatible tv before buying

Just a fabulous upgrade from previous consoles! I go way back on Xbox and this console exceeds my expecations.

My husband absolutely LOVES this console. The ease of ordering it on the Best Buy app was amazing, especially with how frustrating other retailers were. He loves the way that the graphics work with his new monitor as well. They just load up so much faster and it's so clear.

Great console when you pair it with Game Pass Ultimate subscription service. The Series X doesn't get as much acclaim as the PS5 but offers just as much, if not more. With EA now part of Game Pass Ultimate, the subscription service adds value that the PS5 has yet to match.

We were finally able to get our hands on one of these consoles after more than a year and a half of long waits outside of stores/online (only for it to sell out before it came our turn) and checking online obsessively to find one in stock at retail price (as we refuse to pay double to scalpers). At first we didn't quite trust that the transaction would actually go through or that we could pick it up in store so easily (considering our past drama). However, we were easily able to add it to cart, pay and pick up in store - and all on the same day! My son was absolutely ecstatic and LOVES this new console. It's much faster than his previous Xbox and the images much more true to life. He says it was worth every penny. (Yes, he paid for it himself).

It came just as described, in box, brand new and high quality. Nothing to complain about. And trust me, I looked for something to complain about.

Usually when a new generation of gaming consoles are announced, I usually hold off until a year has gone by to avoid technical and supply issues that usually exist on release. This time around I found myself in the position to become an "early adopter" and decided to pick up the series x since I already own a 4k tv. Xbox series x has not disappointed with great visuals, games that run much better and load times drastically reduced. Its the upgrade I wasn't sure I needed until I experienced it for myself. Going back to xbox one s afterwards (to help my son with a game) feels like a huge downgrade since upgrading to my own xbox series X. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase and Bestbuy made buying one a breeze with easy curbside pickup. I admit getting one is a bit of task with them selling out so quickly but with a little effort, it can be done and you will be most pleasently surprised with the consoles performance.

Works great, a little slow on the down loads. But everything else is great.

This is a powerful system, graphics look really good with my Samsung TV, and u can't beat the ultimate game pass subscription! Load times have also improved, I play this just as much as my PS5 and I'm a Sony guy! Lol!

Navigating menus is easy, runs AAA titles smoothly--gamepass is a great value. Doesn't sound like a jet engine when running at 120 fps. Make sure you have an appropriate frame rate monitor or television to take advantage of the additional power of the machine

This is a great system that is capable of running all the latest games at high quality. Load times are noticeably quicker compared to the Xbox One.

Without a doubt the fastest Xbox. Loading speeds are great and graphics crisp. Updated controller works great as well. Cooling fan is very quiet even after 6 hours of continuous gameplay

This product is far better than the Xbox one s. the storage, possessing power and overall performance are mile above the previous generation.

Amazing console, very easy to set up. Graphics look great games load super fast and the controller is a big improvement over the Xbox one with the new Grips. Very happy with my purchase and am Glad to be back on Xbox after switching to PlayStation last generation.

Upgraded from the old, first gen Xbox. This series X is incredibly faster and in every way possible better. I was lucky to catch a restock (roughly 12/2pm Est) and was blessed with a pickup date shortly after. Hopefully you get lucky because this Xbox is 110% worth it.

I picked this up for my sons birthday. He thought he was getting the Series S but i opted for the X becuase of all of the existing physical games he had. He is overjoyed with the console. It is backwards compatible with almost all of his older games and runs the new games incredibly well.

Best gaming console to date, still have mine and going strong. Even customized it with a borderlands claptrap skin.

Great gaming console and easy to use and has plenty of memory and storage

Traded in my Xbox One for this. This would also act as a replacement for our 4K Blu-ray player and hub for streaming services. It hasn't disappointed yet. It's super fast compared to the Xbox One (noticed when I played ME: Legendary Edition on One then Series X). The controller's texture on the hand grips is a nice touch, which helps with long gaming sessions. It's also surprisingly not as large as it seems in photographs. It seems close in overall volume to the Xbox One, and it fits in the same spot I had the One in my TV stand. I also like the fact Microsoft went back to a physical power button. It was annoying when trying to turn off my Xbox One to find the right spot where the touch sensor would read be pressing it. That's no longer an issue. Can't wait to really start using its capabilities when more games designed for the Series X are available.
