eeeeehhh ; i have a love-hate for this console , it does have a lot of muscle BUT - i have it set up in a low light room and all the BRIGHT white lights emanating from the console and the controller causes me a lot of eye strain , so i have had to cover up the white lights ; the series X controller SUUUUCKS !!! ; i much prefer the xbox one controllers ; some "genius" for the series X controller had the bright idea to but the share/capture button right under two other buttons ; so when you are going for one or the other of those two buttons , most of the time you hit the share/capture button and by the time you are able to clear the screen - your dead !! ; so i have to disable the button COMPLETELY ; i jam it under the controller casing and then super glue it in place and it works fine - so dont buy any extended warranty on these things if you plan to do this because it will violate the warranty ; so for now on , so long as i can buy xbox one controllers - i will !

It’s pretty nice, loads after than the Xbox one x. Delivery was on time too. I thought it was broken due to the vent on top but it comes like that. Word of warning, I recommend buying a mesh filter to go over the top of the vents since the holes on them are quite large.

Great product, a much needed upgrade over the Playstation unit i had prior. Enjoying the gaming experience.

My new Xbox Series X is a phenomenal game console. It has great graphics, resolution, and sound. There is zero delay on any games I have played on it. Bottom line I am not only glad I went with Xbox versus it's competitors, I also own an Xbox 360 console as well, and now I am able to play all of the games in my collection.

The good - It is a Xbox Series X & works as it is supposed to. The Bad - Note: This is not BestBuys fault & they were helpful every step of the way. - I initially purchased the Xbox and it came with a faulty controller. I called customer service and they said that they would replace just the controller. That in fact was not true. Since Bestbuy no longer has American Call centers nor can you reach an actual store the reps that I spoke with were a little out of touch with store policys. I brought then entire device back & it was replaced. Xbox #2, the controller worked, but the disk drive & fan were faulty. I returned device #2 and was given a third with no grievances outside of needing to wipe the device and drive it back in. Device #3 works as it should and I had no issues returning the items to get a new one in working order.

It's amazing how far gaming consoles have come! I'm 42 and I never imagined there would be something like this console as I was playing Mario on my Nintendo. This is basically a gaming computer that a bunch of computer techs put a lot of time and effort into. Good job Microsoft!

Purchasing this Xbox was a roller coaster ride! I opened an email early Sunday, Nov. 22, to discover that I would be able to purchase this in-demand item. I was ecstatic as it was to be a Christmas gift for my grandson. I was told that the curbside pickup date would be the following Saturday, Nov. 28. On that Saturday, I checked hourly to determine when I could pick up the item. At 5:30ish pm, I received an email saying that it would not be available on that date and that if the item did not arrive by Dec. 4 or 5, BestBuy would cancel the order. I was crushed as I had not pursued other purchasing options during that week. The following morning, I received another email saying that the item was now available. Joy returned! I was able to pick up the item later that morning. The wait time at the curb was minimal. The item itself was easy to hook up and already has provided my grandson with many hours of pleasure, given that he has few other options during this pandemic for interacting with his peers.
