I had the original Xbox one. The games were lagging, freezing, being choppy and just not running the games correctly so it was time for an upgrade. Now had the Xbox series X for the past 2 months and love it. So fast and smooth. Games are upscale or in 4K and just look great. Also, quite as a mouse. Can’t go wrong with the purchase. If you have an Xbox one, definitely would upgrade!

Works great, best buy kinda sucked. Was able to get early just luck, tried 2hours one day after announced time and only one was available so decided to grab. Works great and everything and nice upgrade. Best buy kinda sucked, talked me into credit card at pick up figured why not id be getting with deal basically a grand back with everything i purchased that day but they didnt cancel original like said he would so charged me twice once on credit card other on mine. They werent too helpful in removing double purchase took long time like few months, really screwed me for a while but bank helped fix had proof and got my free grand to spend and now i shop around for best deals rather than trust one site.

This x box is excellent, it doesn't lock up and the games play very well, excellent product. It would be better if it came with better controls with hall effect

Great product, was super easy to go in and purchase this, it was easy to setup and start playing video games on. Good console and plays modern games fairly well. The people in the store were extremely helpful in getting the item I wanted to purchase.

The graphics are awesome. Really enjoy this system. A lot more storage.

Son loves his new Xbox, it was a wonderful upgrade from his Xbox s and worth the price

Finally upgraded from Xbox One X as mine kept overheating. This new design stays cool. Performance is incredibly faster, not just in load times. Sadly only 1TB for large games isn't much anymore. Bought 2TB Seagate card onsale.

I love my new xbox xs. Faster than my xbox 1. Downloading games that I was playing on xbox1 was pretty fast. So glad that I didn't have to wait long to start playing.

It’s pretty amazing. The decrease in load times is a game-changer; going back to a console with a HDD would be absolutely maddening now. The graphics are gorgeous (60 FPS @ 4k), and games that are optimized for Series X like Gears 5 and Forza Horizon 4 are great. I’m looking forward to more Series X optimized content, but the improvement even on regular XB1 games makes it a worthwhile buy.

The Series X surprised me, regarding how easy it was to migrate my existing Xbox One games & saves over to the new Console. I was really concerned about losing my previous saves, but the Series X just took a few seconds to recognize my save data, and i was playing at my last save incredibly quickly. Love this new model. It is lightning-quick.

Very happy with this purchase, I would recommend this to anyone considering getting one.

I have a 4k 120hz beast of a tv and this xbox looks wonderful on the screen. I definitely noticed the difference between the One X and this console. IT's very snappy and i love the larger storage space. It's for sure worth the few extra bucks when you compare it to the time spent and costs of high end pc gaming.

Plays all your Xbox One and backwards compatible 360 and Xbox games even better, prepare for the future. Yes, the "next-gen" lineup is sparse at the moment, but we know they're coming. If you already have a Xbox One X, might be worth waiting. If you're coming from an original Xbox One or other systems, definitely upgrade as soon as you can if you're looking to get into the Xbox ecosystem.

Fast processing power and accessing the newest games that can’t be played on older consoles is nice.

It is an excellent system and you can't go wrong. The graphics and games are outstanding and the backwards playability and EDGE streaming arcades is awesome. The only 2 quirks that i have is I wish it came with the premium controller included (for free) and no USB-C like the PS5. Minor quirks but Forza, Halo, COD it is superb! 4k shines like a diamond.
