By far the best Xbox yet
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only having this system for a few days, the improvements are dramatic over last gen systems. Quick resume, 4K, 60 -120 fps options in games, game pass, back catalog of games makes me feel like a kid in a candy store. No kinect of any kind. No power brick either. No noise other than disc loading, but not intrusive. Does get a bit hot, but nothing concerning. Very fast and responsive going from game to game and within the UI. You will never want to go back to previous systems.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely incredible console! The Xbox Series X delivers stunning performance with lightning-fast load times and breathtaking graphics. Every game I’ve tried runs smoothly, and the 4K visuals are sharp and immersive. The controller feels comfortable and responsive, making long gaming sessions enjoyable. I also love the backwards compatibility—it’s amazing to revisit old favorites with improved performance. The build quality is sleek and solid, and the quiet operation is a huge plus. This is hands down the best console I’ve owned, and it’s worth every penny. Highly recommend for serious gamers!

Xbox Series X
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just do it! This is true next-gen performance. I cannot believe the difference even coming from the Xbox One X. The SSD on this thing makes game load times literally non-existent and it's truly awesome. Games look even more amazing on my 4K TV. Quick resume is a neat feature. Controller is almost identical to the Xbox One with a few minor changes and overall being a bit smaller. I love the fact that everything from last gen is backwards compatible including accessories and don't even get me started on Xbox GamePass.. Xbox really out did themselves on the Series X. If you have a 4K TV, I definitely recommend getting the Series X over the Series S. 10/10 I recommend.

Awesome Console
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Xbox Series X addresses the Xbox One X's weakest point: speed. It has a powerful CPU in addition to its monstrous GPU and has built-in SSD. You'll be impressed with the speed from the get-go. The initial setup was super fast and it even allows you to copy settings from the cloud that it backed up from your previous console. You'll be up and running in no time, and if you are a Gamepass subscriber, you'll have great games to play such as Gears Tactics & Tetris Connected. You'll have to be patient though as they download or as you apply the Series X optimization patches. While the delay of Halo Infinite's launch left a big hole in the launch lineup, it did not really bother me as I have more than enough launch games to play. Yakuza Like a Dragon is quite fun and looks fantastic on the console. Tetris Connected, while not a graphical showcase, manages to look quite cool and flashy, and is incredibly addicting with numerous online and solo game modes. The backwards compatibility truly shines and it is a joy going back to some of your favorite titles that perform better now with the power of the Series X. Forza Horizon 4 and Gears 5 never looked so good at 4K-60fps. The new controller is not a big change, but since I use the Elite 2 anyways, that didn't bother me all too much. I quite like how the new controller feels and it seems they made some minor yet meaningful tweaks to it overall. The bumpers seem more responsive to me and the share button is a useful addition. Looking forward to seeing what's next for this powerful console and I am very impressed with the overall package so far. Cheers

Absolutely Worth It
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered the Series X using the Xbox All Access and i would absolutely do it again. This included 2 years of gamepass as well as the console. It was cheaper to buy this bundle than two years of gamepass and the console separately. I had no issues getting the console nor setting it up. I didn't like that BB put the order sticker directly on the packaging but that is not an order issue directly. The line of credit was for two years, interest free. I have had no issues with this either. The Console: WOW. I have always been a person to wait to upgrade until I have no choice and I really wish I had gotten this sooner. The Series X has been an amazing console. It runs all my games smoothly, the optimized games are incredible, the upgrades on older games are fantastically done. The disk drive is smotth and quiet. The console is quiet too! Rarely do I ever hear the console when running except in a hot room playing a graphics or performance intensive game. It comes standard with 1TB of storage which can fit many games or a handful of large games such as COD.

A Next-Gen Gaming Beast
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As someone who’s been gaming for years, I’ve had my fair share of consoles, but the Xbox Series X 1TB has completely blown me away. This isn’t just a console; it’s an experience that feels like the future of gaming, right here, right now. Performance is Unreal The moment I powered it on, I could tell this was something special. The SSD is insanely fast—loading times are nearly nonexistent, and I’m talking seconds, not minutes. The 12 teraflops of power ensure that games look amazing in 4K, with frame rates up to 120 fps, which is perfect for a smooth, crisp experience. It’s not just about graphics either; it’s about that buttery smooth gameplay that you can’t help but appreciate once you’ve experienced it. Sleek & Quiet The design of the Series X is minimalistic, but in a cool way. It’s compact, so it doesn’t take up much space, and even though it’s packed with power, it stays quiet. No loud fan noise while I’m in the middle of an intense gaming session. It’s like they perfected cooling without compromising performance. A Library that Keeps on Giving If you’re a fan of variety, this console has you covered. Halo Infinite, Cyberpunk 2077, and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla look and play incredible, but it’s not just about the new stuff. The backward compatibility feature is a total game-changer. I can dive back into my old favorites, and they run smoother, look better, and feel more polished thanks to features like Auto HDR and FPS Boost. Quick Resume & Game Pass – Life Savers The Quick Resume feature is a dream for those of us who like to switch between games quickly. I can hop from Fortnite to Call of Duty, and pick up right where I left off, no loading screens, no interruptions. And let’s talk about Xbox Game Pass—if you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out. It’s like Netflix for games. You get access to hundreds of games (including all the new releases) for one monthly fee. It’s seriously worth it. Storage and Expansion The 1TB of storage is decent for most people, but if you’re a digital download kind of person (like me), you might run out of space faster than you think. Luckily, Xbox made it super easy to expand the storage with a plug-in card, so no performance issues when you add more space. Bottom Line If you’re on the fence about upgrading to next-gen, I can’t recommend the Xbox Series X 1TB enough. It’s fast, powerful, and packed with features that make gaming better. Whether you’re playing single-player story games or jumping into multiplayer chaos, the Series X handles it all effortlessly. The future of gaming is here, and it’s worth every penny.

Love my Xbox Series X!
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a long-time PC gamer who finally got fed up with dealing with conflicts between Windows updates, hardware and games and went the way of the Xbox. I started with the 360, upgraded to a One and then to a Series X. I love the ease of use of the Xbox in general and the performance of the Series X is so monumentally better than the One (or, of course, the 360) and the games look so good on my 4K TV. I've added a nice wheel & pedals setup on a frame for racing games (I wish more games supported wheels) and joystick/flight controller/flight pedals for Flight Simulator. I do wish I could get a mouse and keyboard that worked with FPS games as I've never learned how to play them well at all with the gamepad. I occaisionally watch Blu-rays (both HD and UHD) on it as well. I do wish the price of the external SSD would come down as much as SSDs for PCs have, but that's another thing altogether. Hard to believe you can get this much horsepower for the price of a midlevel video card for the PC!

Xbox is the best gaming platform!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Xbox has been my favorite gaming platform since the 360. Its the easiest to use. Most versitile and fits better in the entertainment center. The xbox controllers are the best most comforable controllers. Game pass library of accessible games and its cloud streaming platform are great. Graphics are amazing when paired with a quality TV. Xbox accessories like their headphones are great as well. Bluetooth works flawlesslessy and has great range. Battery life on the controllers are great. PS5 might have a slight edge on graphics incertain games but its not enough to beat the xbox. Xbox for another win!

Game changer!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great system! I have always been an xbox console player and with the series x there have been many console improvements from the previous xbox one x. The series X's best feature in my opinion has to be the quick resume it makes a huge difference that you can't let go after knowing it has it. Starts up really fast and back to where you left off. For this reason alone followed by the great graphics I have enjoyed this system.

Xbox Series X
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very solid machine. Performance well. Zero lag with the graphics. Very response and quiet. About $150 overpriced in my opinion. Need to keep the top vent unobstructed. Mine would wink out at times but once I removed from the cabinet, stood it up, it's been fine.

Blew away my expectations.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Xbox Series X blew away my expectations. Game Pass is awesome. You get access to many games on day one. The unboxing experience went above and beyond. Feels like a very premium product. All the games look great in 4K. I read something about many older games being “enhanced” for the modern consoles. We couldn’t tell the difference between older 360 titles and newer Xbox One titles. Everything looks amazing in 4K. The new controller texture is better than previous versions and they added a share button. I personally like Xbox’s removable AA batteries because they last a really long time and are easily swapped out. Our Sony controllers are always going dead and sometimes we have to charge them up before we can use them. Sony has no option to change out batteries like Xbox controllers so that’s a bonus for us. Some people prefer rechargeable controllers and complain about paying extra for the Xbox charge and play kit but standard AA’s last longer than recharging so I don’t see this as an issue. The Series X is almost completely silent but it does push out plenty of hot air. It’s actually enough to warm a small room like a space heater (something to consider). I had to point the exhaust out to the hallway because the kids were complaining that the room was getting uncomfortably hot. There’s no more HDMI pass through which is disappointing for me because I really liked using that feature on older models. Overall, I’m very impressed. The monolith design seems very futuristic and the console is actually physically smaller than I expected.

Phenomenal
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Though nothing in life is perfect, I do LOVE the new Series X. I think it is in dire need of refinement however. As with anything when you buy among the first round of products launched, you experience all the bugs. I’ve had it crash when playing Gears 5, I’ve had it have issues connecting to controllers already connected to it, and I’ve had to hard reset it for a number of reasons. But! I love it. The load times are INSANELY short! When I play Gears 5, I’m the first or one of few people waiting for others, even PC users to load into the game. The graphics are astounding! 120fps at 4K is absolutely wonderful! It doesn’t throw heat like the old 360s, it does cool very well though! It’s got the expandable slot for the new Seagate card and I paired it with another usb SSD for 4TBs of total space so I’m pleased with that. Overall, the Xbox we deserve as gamers right now. Pc gamers, eat your heart out!

The Xbox
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first Xbox and it's excellent. It's quiet, fast, and game pass (barring the price doesn't skyrocket) is great. And the monolith design is the best. A downside is the expandable memory is expensive and the price doesn't move, the controller needs an update and no rechargeable batteries is just cheap.

Very worth the price
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this for 3 weeks now and can say that I have had loved everyday playing on this thing. I've been grinding Cod warzone and I been getting the cleanest experience, no frame drops, easy to customize, and great a great controller. This was worth every penny for me it loads my games fast and never gives me problems. Highly recommend getting the game pass too it just so much more value in the amount of games you get to play and try out. I've been playing Yakuza Kiwawi 2 and it's awesome and I can play the rest of the series without having to pay full price of each game.

Best Xbox yet!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this thing! I owned every Xbox release to date and this one feels very refined, though not revolutionary. Most console upgrades bring brand new features and graphics to the table, we are at a point where this upgrade simply feels like a PC upgrade for better graphics. This is not a bad thing, let me explain. Set up is simple, it will migrate all your settings and games from your Xbox One system if you prompt it to do so. It can do this via external HD or over a network but I found network performance to be a little slow for TB's of info. Upon first gaming session, booting up an old game will likely have 60fps, HDR and 4k resolutions, even in many games that don't explicitly support that. Old games that have a new feel. This is very similar to buying a new graphics card on a PC. Storage is extremely fast with internal NVMe drive. Expansion is available via a proprietary port on the back or USB A. For full speeds you will need to use the expansion port though. A game like Destiny 2 will load a level in seconds as opposed to the upwards of a minute on older versions of the console. The fan truly runs silent and you can not tell it is on if not for the light. Heat can be felt above the fan but nothing outrageous. The size of the console is a lot smaller in person and can be tucked away in a corner or horizontally, though it does not fit in my sound bar portion of my TV stand.

XBOX SERIES X
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Xbox Series X 1TB Console is a game-changer for any avid gamer like myself. Its sleek black design not only looks cool but also fits seamlessly into my entertainment center. The speed is mind-blowing – games load up in a flash, and the graphics are absolutely stunning. Having 1TB of storage means I can download and play a ton of games without worrying about running out of space. One of my favorite things is the backward compatibility – being able to revisit classic games is a nostalgic blast. The user interface is super user-friendly, and I love how easy it is to connect with friends for online gaming sessions. Microsoft has hit the mark with the Xbox Series X, providing an immersive and enjoyable gaming experience that keeps me coming back for more.

Xbox series X
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having experienced the Xbox Series X firsthand, I’m impressed by its raw power and seamless gaming performance. The lightning-fast load times and stunning graphics enhance the overall gaming experience. The backward compatibility is a standout feature, allowing me to revisit old favorites with a fresh perspective. The Quick Resume feature is a game-changer, seamlessly switching between games without missing a beat. However, the console’s substantial size might be a drawback for some, and while the Game Pass library is extensive, a more substantial lineup of exclusive titles would be welcome. In summary, the Xbox Series X is a powerhouse for gaming enthusiasts, delivering on its promise of next-gen gaming with a few minor considerations.

Finally got my hands on one after years of waiting
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can't believe I finally got my hands on one. Caught a lucky restock on the site. Dropped a purchase as soon as possible for pick up and after a solid week of waiting. It was ready for me to pick up! The console is extremely fast. I've been holding off on upgrading my TV even for years until I got my hands on a Xbox Series X and/Or a PS5. PS5 is still impossible to get my hands on and I finally got my Series X so the 4K big TV is next. This thing is so smooth and so fast compared to my Original day one Xbox one console. Sea of Thieves especially really is optimized so nicely for Series X that it out performs my gaming PC even. Series X is an absolute must not only for the Physical media drive but the sheer power over the Series S makes this the must have console. Forza Motorsport 7 and Horizon 5 never loaded so fast and held frame rates so stable. Performance is everything. Graphics come next. Now I can't wait to see it in 4k soon enough. Highly recommend a Series X if you can get your hands on one. They sell out fast.
