Amazing Xbox Experience! I’ve been really impressed with my Xbox. The setup was simple, and the interface is clean and easy to navigate. The graphics and speed are incredible — games load quickly and look amazing in 4K. The Game Pass subscription is one of my favorite features; it offers so many great titles to explore without having to buy each one separately. The controller feels comfortable, and I love how responsive it is during gameplay. I also appreciate how smoothly it connects with other devices and how easy it is to chat or play with friends online. Xbox continues to deliver high quality and reliability. Overall, a fantastic system for both casual and serious gamers. Highly recommend!

    Beat Console EVER!

Got my Xbox Series X back in September! I couldn't be happier!!! I sold my Xbox Series S when I got it! Games load fast. It's whisper quiet! This has got to be the best next-gen console available! I love this thing, and I can't wait to see what games will bring to the table when they actually make them FOR the Series X! I play Forza Horizon 5 and this console barely breaks a sweat! I can't wait for developers to be able to utilize all of the power this console has to offer!

The best console on the market: quiet, powerful, with backward compatibility and free upgrades for older titles. And it's beautiful. Even better when combined with Game Pass.

So far so good! This console feels like a GREAT addition to the lineup of already great Xbox consoles improving the overall experience by focusing on games and new features like a quick resume, and very quick loading through their SSD in a fairly compact design. GAME PASS also allows you to join the Microsoft gaming ecosystem at a very affordable price with no downside other than your games backlog might grow even more. The controller is a very subtle improvement from the previous-gen controller though the differences can be felt once they are compared side by side. A plus with the controller as well, if you don't like the changes they made you can literally use the previous-gen controller no problem. This philosophy is also seen in how game data like your saves and upgraded versions of your games are ported to this console. This meaning you can pretty much start right where you left off if you owned a game on the Xbox before you will be able to play it on this console. Now at the time of this review, the only knock on the console is you won't be finding any Xbox exclusives that are tied only to this console. But other than that this console is a quick and easy way to have video games ready to be plaed in your living room or bedroom set up.

The Xbox Series X is a true marvel in the world of gaming. Its breathtaking graphics, lightning-fast load times, and 4K capabilities make every gaming session a visual masterpiece. The controller is a joy to use, with enhanced responsiveness and a comfortable feel. Backward compatibility ensures that my existing Xbox One games shine even brighter. The Game Pass subscription adds incredible value, offering an extensive library of games to explore. Its sleek, minimalist design fits seamlessly into any entertainment setup, and its quiet operation is a plus. In summary, the Xbox Series X raises the bar for gaming consoles, delivering unparalleled performance, stunning visuals, and a vast gaming library. It's a game-changer that any gamer will appreciate.

I was using the Xbox one X for quite a few years and never upgrading my TV to a g4, I figured I’d get a truly 4k console. The setup was extremely seamless, and everything was brought over from my previous console with ease. The user interface is very intuitive. For those wondering about the Xbox vs Ps5 debate, in a world of cross play it doesn’t even really matter unless you’re looking for exclusive content which isn’t really a big deal anymore. A definite must buy, and the sales staff were very helpful in helping me figure out what would better fit my needs.

I have owned every iteration of Xbox, and this is definitely an XBox. It's very good. Loads of power, able to push out 4k graphics with relative ease. It loads fast, and runs silent. I am very happy to have this beast.

Xbox Series X 2 Week Review

Xbox Series X is an excellent upgrade from the previous generation (Xbox 1 X). Look forward to playing more X/S Optimized games. My top 5 Pros: 1. Quick Resume is awesome! Love, love, love this impressive new feature (Exclusive to Xbox Series X/S). Works even after you restart, turn off, or unplug the console. 2. The games load and perform at blistering speeds. Example: I love playing Red Dead Online. On my Xbox 1 X, it takes at least 2 mins to load into a lobby. On my Series X, it takes less than 45 seconds. 3. High-end visual performance for games (4K and improved frame rates). Especially, the for X/S Optimized games. However, previous generation games perform and look great as well. 4. You can use the external USB HDD you use for your Xbox One. Just plug it in the Series X and voilà. And yes, Quick Resume works for games you play from your external USB HDD. 5. After hours of playing games, the console continues to be extremely quiet. Cons: The only Con I can think of is the storage size (1 TB). Would love to see either a larger internal storage, or better yet, the game file sizes smaller. Hopefully, there will be a reasonable priced 2+ TB storage expansion card available soon (2021).

I was holding out on getting a next gen console for the Series X but they are near impossible to get aside from scalpers. My son was coming to visit from college so I decided to pick one of these up as it was available and it would give him something to do while I was working. Setting it up was very seamless and fast. I have gigabit internet so everything downloaded nicely. I was leery about the performance of the console but it performed very quickly. The system worked with all of my digital content and so we downloaded some of my games including old 360 games and I have to say that the load times on those was about non existent. This thing is FAST! Games like Forza Horizons were improved just by the load times. Of course the latest gen games look good as well. I am keeping my Xbox One X and this until I can actually get a Series X at a good price as I prefer 4K gaming but this isn't a bad stop gap until then

As someone who switched to PC gaming a little over a year ago because I was sick of 30 fps on my Xbox One, I was excited to learn that the new consoles have made some big leaps in the hardware capabilities. I am used to getting 90-100 frames (1080p) on most AAA titles, so I was somewhat skeptical of buying a Series X because I feared that it wouldn't compete with my relatively decent gaming pc (RTX 2070 and i7), but I am so glad that this is not the case. Right after hooking it up to my 4k tv, I noticed immediately that games looked absolutely fantastic and that games ran as smooth as butter. To be honest, I really thought 60 fps would be worse than it really is, and if you have a tv or monitor that supports 120 fps you can run games at 120 hz for certain games. Load times are lightning-quick because of the nvme ssd, and Quick Resume is a feature that I used way more than I thought I would. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and am so happy that I have a reason to turn on a gaming console over my pc once more.

I waited as long as I could before upgrading to this machine from my One X due to the cost. But certain games that my buddies started playing were not available on the One X. It runs waaaay faster than the One X. When games go from the pre-game lobby to start, I actually am loaded and waiting before the round begins; whereas with the One X, I wouldn’t load into the game until about 30-40 seconds had already passed. It is smooth, download times are much faster and game play has improved with the faster processing speeds. I have been very pleased with my purchase and hope to have this one last 6+ years like my One X did. Also, the textured controller is very comfortable in the hand…it’s a minor change, but I like the feel and response of the controller. One complaint is that the controller charging port is a different USB from the previous generation, so it doesn’t fit in my controller charging dock. But the package includes the cord needed to charge the new controller. I also like the fact that you can run the machine in a horizontal or vertical position depending on your positioning needs for your setup. The price is a bit higher than I prefer, but ask for some gift cards to help reduce the pain; it is worth the upgrade!

Got the Xbox series x on release and am thoroughly enjoying it. It is great having the Xbox game pass to have access to a lot of games including some newly released ones. Enjoying the graphics with 4k resolution. Quick resume is awesome for the games that support it and the shortened load times for games is great.

The Xbox Series X is a major improvement from the Xbox One in performance and storage. Load times and start times last a few seconds, and most games run at a consistent 60 frames per second. This applies to most games, but games that have been optimized for the Xbox Series x have an "X/S" symbol. Games that haven’t been optimized for the Series X will run the Xbox One X version, with more consistent performance; the same applies to the graphics. The only problem is that, once again, the packaged controller comes with Double A batteries, not a rechargeable battery. That is a seperate purchase. Aside from that, the Xbox Series X is an amazing console.

I have always loved to play videos games since I was a kid with an Atari to the original Nintendo. I was lucky to buy the Xbox Series X and it's a well built system that is fast, delivers great graphics, is quiet and does not get overheated. If you are able to buy one I highly recommend doing so.

Cosmetically it lives up to its name. Its just a box, but with its color and simplicity, it fits perfectly on any kind of furniture. Im very impressed with its performance. Playing Xbox One titles on the Series X is a breath of fresh air. Most 1st party and some 3rd party titles take advantage of its new tech and enhancement updates. Games that run in 30 fps, now run 60 or even 120 with built in HDR depending on the title. Loading screen time is drastically reduced because of its new SSD card. The Series X give you fast access to games with its new feature called "Quick Resume", where you can jump from one game to another without losing progression or needing to restart the game(most efficient with offline mode games). You can turn off or restart your console and the game will start exactly where you left off. The controller that comes with the console is the exactly same design as the Xbox One with just a few tweaks. There's no rubber like the elite controller but it does have small textures in the back for better grip. There's also tiny bumps on the triggers so your fingers don't slip. They added a share button right below the guide button to save screen shots or record gameplay much faster. The D pad is loud but its edges are improved for better feel especially with fighting games. Microsoft became consumer friendly so no need to buy new controllers, headsets, or keypads if you already own them on the Xbox One. Just plug in and play. If you have games from your XBO external HDD, you can connect it to the Series X and play all your games. They also have a huge library of backwards compatibility games from OG Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One and on top of that, they offer Gamepass. A monthly subscription service where you access hundreds of games from big name publishers. If you're not gaming its also a good tool for multi media. It has a 4k blu ray drive, stream movies, TV shows, sports, and access to mainstream subscription services. Now for the bad....Halo Infinite was suppose to launch with the Series X but got delayed so no new next gen exclusive games as of now. The Series X comes with 1TB of memory to store games. It won't be enough when games are more complex and big on file size. If you don't mind uninstalling games to install others that's fine, but I enjoy the convenience of having access to all my new and old games. So for the external SSD card they are offering, its not worth it. Hoping 3rd party manufacturers make an inexpensive one with more storage down the line. It feels next gen but it doesn't look like it. I get what Microsoft is doing, creating a next gen console to be apart of the Xbox family with the Xbox One and Series S, but with the same interface as the XBO, and although i do appreciate the console and controller design, its still leaves me left to be desired for something a bit different. Feels like I'm looking at a XBO 2.0 imo. Overall its an excellent console with so much potential. I recommend to pick one up if you're new to gaming or a Playstation customer looking for a different platform to experience. Its well worth it especially with gamepass giving you so much variety. If you already have an Xbox one with gamepass and looking to get a Series X, go for it, but if you miss your chance of getting one now, don't sweat it because you're not missing out on anything. Best to wait a little longer.

Absolutely love it! You don’t ever hear the fan, it’s so quiet even after hours of gaming. I hear the disc drive more (only when first inserting it). It’s sleek and can blend in with household furniture/decorations. I have no disconnection issues, no drive issues, no issues whatsoever with the console. If there’s one thing about this I can nitpick on, it’s that I first had it stored in a cupboard (always a bad idea) but the thing made the cupboard like a sauna so it certainly runs hot when the airflow is impeded. I definitely recommend getting the expansion card though. With the games being so huge (Call of Duty Cold War takes 200GB alone), you definitely want that card. I’ve owned Playstations and Xbox in the past and the online servers for PlayStation were down so often, I got sick of it and have never had an issue on any Xbox. For reference, I’ve owned PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360S, Xbox One and now the Series X. Trust me when I say XBox beats PlayStation for online gaming.
