Great console, True 4K, 120Fps. Those who want the full Fps have to have a monitor or Tv that supports 120+ Hz.

Xbox works amazing, Best Buy is trash. If you get the Ultimate 24 month deal the employees will lie to about when you will get a supposed code in your email and further contacting there is no code. Best Buy employees are straight trash

Xbox keeps crashing during games and shuts off by itself

Couldnt get my hands on a PS5 so got this to game. Teturned it because i wasnt satisfied. Its great if you prefer xbox over PS but i gave it one star because im not a fan.

Well I expected alot more for the bang. I waited 2 years to upgrade and am very disappointed, The system would shut off at the most inopportune times went through support and they could do nothing, and since i traded my xobx one in i am now gaming on my PC

Lifelong Xbox fan who should've known better than to buy a first gen edition of their latest console, the Xbox Series X. As I type this, my Xbox is back with Microsoft being "repaired" because right out of the box it a) would only play Xbox One X games for a short time before they froze, and b) all Xbox Series X games crashed the system. Games like Forza Horizon 5 and COD: Vanguard actually crashed less than 30 seconds into those games. I hard reset my console at least 5 times in the first few weeks of ownership. I know my experience may be rare, but it's beyond disappointing. If after getting a new system sent to me, the problems continue, I will simply request a refund from Best Buy and I'll be done with Xbox systems.

Had it for 2 weeks and I am having to send it into Microsoft/ XBox to get it fixed. It will not download games/glitching all the time when playing/freezes up. Lot of money for two weeks of playtime and now I have to send it in for Microsoft to fix Would not recommend.

Don't bother buying this paper weight. We bought two of them. The controllers constantly disconnect. We've tried updating everything. We've made sure there was no interference. Tried other controllers, etc. It's possessed! Not even usable half of the time and forget trying to play multiplayer online because you can't compete head to head when your controller cycles its connection.

While the idea of Xbox All Access is awesome it is horribly and very poorly executed picking up my new Series X from best buy was no problem but lord help you when you go try and pay on your loan for your system whatever company it is that Microsoft contracted with makes it near impossible to pay your bill unless you set up Auto Pay

HMI quit working any it isn’t even 3 years old. Thought I bought the option to trade it in. But can’t find that option now.

Purchased the Xbox Series X with the Game Pass because it was the only way to purchase one. The Controller kept disconnecting. Took it back to BB and they said buy another Controller because they couldn’t exchange it due to not have a replacement. Bought another Controller and it did the same thing. I never activated the Game Pass and was out the cost. Received a refund for the Xbox and Warranty.

Great at first, but console crashes regularly on games like Madden and Call of Duty

What a joke dose hrd10 with my 4k but when i try it on 1080p or 1440p hdr don't work and it dose just with a ps4 or pc i mean ps4 pro and even the 1st ps4 has hdr i rater get a refund it's sad they charge 500 and only downloads one game at a time like xbox one its not much different only fast Microsoft dose it again with a horrible product imo it looks and plays good but mlnot worth the upgrade im sure they will have a new one soon

In the description it boasts having a 1tb hard drive but when the operating software takes up 201 gb then youre left with 799gb not the advertised 1000gb i.e. 1tb. I doubt the operating software is 201gb, but if so then its embarrassing. I expect my chinese hard drives to lie about how much space they have but for microsoft to do it, well what can i say every company in gaming lies nowadays. So just a heads up, you will not have 1tb to use.

If it had more memory itd be 5 stars...everything else is amazing....

The Xbox live connection to the internet to play online is weak that’s y I’m giving this a 2 star
