I heard a great deal about this console and I was thinking about if I should purchase it or not but then I was able to see some of the games that a friend was playing on his X series console and they looked incredible. So I decided to get this console and I couldn’t be happier. I think you won’t regret getting this great machine.

It took a whole year but thank god for all access program and much better deal with games. Will save me a ton and my son can still have online so win win for both microsoft and me. My son even has a travel bag, he loves this thing. The graphics are bad butt and amazing deff a big difference from me and my sega days

Great UI, great games, game pass is a must. And it's awesome to be playing old Call of duty's again since they fixed the servers. Controller feels good and the customization and 3rd party products for the console and controller are immense.

Moved Up From The Xbox One X to a Xbox S Series Then Finally The Xbox X Series. Not a Lot of Difference Between The Xbox One X and Xbox X Series. Slightly Better Graphics and Slightly Faster Download Speeds. Huge Difference Between The Xbox S Series and Xbox X Series. S Series Was Slower Than My Xbox One X.

Fast and quiet. The shape is different, like a small subwoofer so it sits on the floor. It handles the 4k graphics of Halo infinite well. It has never had to be power cycled to continue playing a game. I have gotten Halo to freeze, but I was still able to end the game so I'm thinking that's the halo software's fault

System runs great! Got my new Xbox with game pass included so two years of the latest games. However I’m kinda disappointed about the lack of storage on the hard drive. It’s less then a TB and fills up fast! The guide button on the controller sticks, which can cause some issues.

I have a ps5, i have to say xbox knocked it out of the park on series x, game pass is a awesome, I've owed ever xbox console in rhe past, but this is a beast, couldn't be happier, xbox for life,the console runs cool and quiet, don't wait get one

An upgrade from my Best Buy XBOX One purchased from 2014 with both subtle and noticeable graphic presentation detail. Even games with Dolby Vision compatibility looks more detail. The bundle package with Game Pass Ultimate introduce me to a big library games including Forza 5 and Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Been wanting a series X for a while. Thank god Best Buy participates in the Xbox All Access program. Filled out everything necessary for purchase online and within minutes i recieved an email from Best Buy with all the information necessary for my future pick-up date. Got notified my system was ready, and went to the store to pick it up. Not even 5 minutes after entering i had the system in hand and was ready to walk out. I asked the associate about a completely different piece of tech and he directed me to the Geek Squad desk where they answered all my questions with troubleshooting my problem. (Wifi cutting in and out on my phone) Thanks to their knowledge they shared i was also able to fix my issue. Thanks Best Buy and Geek Squad!

Product was at the store on the date indicated when purchased. I bought it for use on deployment and so far it has worked great. Solid product, easy to move around when needed and all parts and pieces are functioning. First gaming system I have bought since my playstation 3 and I'm really enjoying it.

Awesome gaming console. I've had it for about three years now, and I'm still loving it. I've had no issues with it. Best gaming console on the market to date.

This console has been out for a while, but ti still blows me away with consistent performance in 4K and 1080p gaming. Every game looks amazing and runs with no hiccups. A must for serious gamers without PCS's.

Already had a launch day series x but my wife wanted to pick up gaming as a hobby so we got a second one to game share with, currently playing diablo with no hiccups she loves how silent and invisible it can be in the tv set up.

Hard to get box. Had to purchase with the Ultimate Game Pass in a bundle. The unit has fast load times. One quirk is that you have to reinsert a disc every startup if playing a game from disc. Console will lockup occasionally when performing updates. Does not have digital optical audio output jack!

Best Xbox system to date and if you have a 4k TV the series x is a must to get the most out of games. And get the game pass because it's the best value in video game entertainment to date. Microsoft did something right this time. Other then impossible to find but that's not completely their fault.

I had the Xbox one and playing gta5 was stressful when you have load it up, but with the Xbox one series X ohhhh man it didn’t even take 1 min to load not giving me the option to pick “online instead of story mode”

Series X is a HUGE step up from any other console. You may not notice the difference when you upgrade...but when and if you play on an older console, wow, you will feel a desperate need to get back on the XSX. No joke. Now, hopefully developers will utilize the XSX to its fullest capabilities.

This is the system for true gamers. Has backwards compatibility and better yet allows you to run RetroArch which allows you to play your collection of retro roms of years past.

A huge update from the Xbox 1! So glad I got this for my son, he loves it so much. Also the payment plan option with no credit was amazing as well. Best Buy is great!
